Thanks everyone. Life has been getting in the way a bit lately so not a lot of time for videos. Videos will be less frequent for a little while and plaese don't be offended if I am slow to respond to the comments. I do read them and appreciate your support.
Something to note with active vents is that they appear to add heat to the atmosphere they are in while they are turned on regardless of whether they are moving gas or not. So eventually you'd probably want to automate turning them off when they are not needed.
I needed this!! Thank ya! On my mars base I programmed a door to open up when it's greater than 18 degrees out but that won't help come time for pressurization
Nice one! Just one thing. Its maybe worth saying that switching active vent manually from inward to outward and vice versa also flips its ExternalPressure and InternalPressure settings. In my test i have first set up the ExternalPressure on the inside vent and switched to inward after that but it wasn't working. I have then realized that its InternalPressure was now set to 50 and not InternalPressure. I have overriden it again properly and it was working then. So: 1. set the propper flow direction, and then configure pressure limits.
This setup works but only specific way. Have to set up the active air vent where you got to have it place and as well as settings for inward flow or out flow. Before setting the pressure with logic to the active air vent. If changing either direction of air flow afterwards changing the pressure on vent will result in reset to default. Only can turn it off and on will keep the pressure setting set. Same thing if you disassemble it will reset the pressure setting. Afterwards setting set up with the flow set wanted then the logic is no longer needed unless it has be reset back to default. Hope this helps everyone..
Next time I start Stationeers, I have to watch a lot of your videos again, cause they help so much with understanding the mechanics of all those devices, but I just can't remember every thing you teached. Do you plan to make a summery? :)

This set up helped me out so much. Especially the logic break down.
Welcome back Mick 😊 nice to see ya again
Oh, nice to see you back in business :)
Excellent! As a new player, this is very helpful. Cheers mate.
Oh, thank you so much the withdraw was getting bad. So pleased to see your still going to post

Thanks mick as always very informative.

Time for a new series Mick
Like something besides stationers or like a fresh start on a new planet?
Anything will do
Haha I literally just read today about active vents resetting to default whenever you toggle the mode
I miss Willson and his love Aime :-D That was a very romantic love story xD

Great info! How would you use this for pressurized breathable control. Just swapout the passive vent and back pressure valve?
Just connect the input vent to get gas from a breathable supply.
A new update soon??
Hope so!

I feel like that’s a lot to ask of Mick. There’s plenty of resources on discord and Reddit to ask any question you have :)
I don't trust any other youtuber for my stationeers content
It literally makes my day better when Mick releases a new video.
i'm interested in if you have found a good usage for the new pipe heaters?... Or are they just wastefull for anything you use it for?
Number one use is a fuel-less furnace
That works on mars only ?
has something changed since you made this video? it doesn't seem to work correctly for me.
