    Been listening for 8 days. Because I live in Buffalo and it snowed up intil Thursday, yesterday was my first time out.
    Just not overthinking and ALLOWING myself to swing, I had 9 pars, 1 birdie for an 80 ! This hypnosis works for me

    Listened to this last night and this morning. Shot a 3 over par 38 on the front and then shot 8 over on the back for an 82. Very pleased with how I played considering I played awful on Friday with a 97 on the same course. This just might work. Thank you.

    Do these videos still work if you fall asleep during them, or is it better to stay awake and actively imagine what is happening?
    I have listened to this video 4 times now, and have fallen asleep the last 3 times, always at the 'relax / breathing' part.

      Matthew Jones I know I’m late but your mind will still be actively listening and that’s why most videos are 9 hours a lot of them are meant for sleeping through them and any of them really I think it is better to fall asleep because u will process more

    Could you please combine all 4 parts into one so if I fall asleep I don't have to miss the other 3 parts? This is awesome. The last round I played, it was 10 strokes better than previous rounds. Many thanks.

      @Kha Lee....if I may, listen to session 1 several times. You, like many others, should see improvement.
      After that I suggest listening to the specific part of your game that needs improvement. Best wishes

    600 yard par 5. Hit the ball 150 4 times and one putt for par. Or two putt. Never hit the ball more than 150 yards and if you get the approach and putting eight you should basically max out at 1 over every hole which is 90. And if you get a few 1 putts you break 90. If you only one putt it’s 72 and if you one putt on half it’s an 81. And we’re all working on our drives like we have to hit it 300.

    Should we be repeating part 1 and focusing on listening to part 1 several times before moving onto part 2 several times and so on…. or should we listen to part one through 5 in order once each and then repeat several times?

    Listened to episode 1, looking forward to the rest of the series, only thing is I've difficulty visualising, will this be a problem for me to advance through the series? Thank you Patrick

      None are recorded in Spanish. I'm not sure how to work with the subtitle facility on UA-cam though I can look into it.
