Hmmm I don't know why they put a sink on the kitchen island(It's a no for me): Great bathroom set up overall. The light sockets could have been better. Love the big bay windows ; the sturdy wooden doors are awesome; the prayer room is amazing.
Thank you Angela for this detailed feedback. We really appreciate your time. Kiambu has changed a lot, but deep down, I wish it had remained a farmland. Too late for that Eish though.

Mansa if we're being honest this property doesn't feel like 150 million... even factoring in land value in Kiambu Road. It's big but the interior design wasn't that well thought out. If we're generous enough to assume that half acre is worth 50 million, that house is not worth 100 million, at least in it's look and feel.

Thank you Mugambi for the feedback. In my opinion, a country that has failed its citizens has no right to tax them, perhaps why all the measures they try to bring forth to correct extra taxes fail. lovely content from you guys.... IMO the house is nice but the 150m price tag seems a little bit too high, but the half acre lot is really nice and spacious considering that's how its controlled even for neighbours is nice.
If you cook everyday and professionally both in the house and commercially that island set up is the ghetto. Also if you must have a sink on the island or a cook top then please at least respect the kitchen triangle set up during the design stage. A lot of kitchens only look nice if you don't use them but once you use them everyday you start to see the lack of thought that a lot of designers have. 150M is a NO. I believe you when you say it was some ones but they decided to sell. A developer would have planned it better. When building such a house serious Kenyans should consider hiring professionals like interior designers, landscapers and such to tighten up the designs. The landscaping is underwhelming . It should feature high end fittings like Grohe , Bosch and such to justify the cost. The pantry is not well sectioned. It should have had a a place for a chest freezer. The color is mauve. Bathroom tiles on the 1st floor bedroom.
Thank you Tonya
Wait a minute, the house is not furnished. 90M would be an offer, why would I buy a 150M mansion to install cheap furniture.
it is a hard sell. Nothing about it hits you with amazement and elegance.
is it 150 thousand or 150 million
Mimi nilipotea between servants quarter na guest bedroom😂na ni video si wageni watateseka uko
😂😂😂 wageni wakae tu kwao
what i dont like in this house is dsq is within the house.....only room for house manager should be withing the house other s should be outside and if there is no space the room should not have an inside door ...thats just my opinion
That’s a good point Sir. There should be some separation for privacy reasons.
Im here months later.
Is this still available.
The prayer room stole the show.
Hope its negotiable
Sold, you can reach out to Ray on 0719186889 he will advice on what else is available
How is this mushaino house 150m?! Newmatic kitchen bro?! Aaaaauuuuuwiiii! 😂😂😂😂😂
😂 ni nyumba ya wenyewe unaita mushaino 🤣 hata huna huruma? Ama huruma ni estate?
It’s just a big shady house to be honest 😩 complete waste of design and finishing; no wonder the owner didn’t want to live in it
Still in the market sir
House with functional kitchen island
For sure
This semi open kitchen
Which part of Kiambu Rd? Is it a gated community?
Hello Edwin, it’s a gated community just after Thindigua, for more details, contact Ray on 0719186889
Interior design has thrown the entire project to the dogs.
They could have done better for sure
The exterior.......perfect design love it...but the interior....that wood finishing does not match sooo well with the exterior...im not saying its bad but already with visual perception of how the house looks outside....the interior wooding would not have a good visual impression to a normal person.....as they would expect a white interior with maybe some marble finishing...😅
Well put Robert. Thank you for your feedback

Great job boys. However as much as a mega mansion its, it still doesn't impress me at all.
