What style of villa would be your dream to live in? What does it have in it?
Since when a studio apartment became a villa? For my knowledge, a villa is a house with big living room, 3 rooms that can be arranged extra bedrooms, working rooms apart of the bedroom, and it has two floors.
Still, the area look beautiful, pool is not needed, it would be great if one of the rooms would be arranged into a studio for creating, fence, no neighbors near by and silence in less then $150 a month.
Just finished binging all of your Bali videos as I'm heading there for a month-long trip in late June, both for a holiday and to suss out the living potential as a Digital Nomad. Huge thanks to the effort you've put into all of these videos, from the well-edited informative content to the helpful list of resources in the description. This channel is super underrated!

I am a little shocked, as everyone in Australia is complaining about the rent prices, but after watching your video, guys, my apartment in Sydney is much cheaper and looks amazing compared to these properties in Bali - these properties are extremely overpriced.
Hey @lydia2494 👋Prices have definitely skyrocketed all over Bali. Comparing Sydney prices & what you get would be interesting side by side. 'Maybe a video in the future' 🧐 There is still good value out of Canggu but if you want to live in these areas here you'll have to pay for it 😁
Crazy how the prices in Canggu is more expensive than the apartments in Melbourne City LOL! But you get way less with worse quality haha. Bali is no longer what it used to be 😭of course pros and cons. Canggu has great things to do/see/lifestyle! My favourite has been staying at co-living/co-working spaces. You get the cleaning/service + the people + events/activities! Outpost Coliving in Ubud Penestanan has been great! And I'll be moving to Tanaga Coliving in Seminyak that looks AHMAZING. Been there in person and it's so new, the finishings are done properly!
The prices are a little hard to believe for some places for sure 🫠 but exactly, there are so many treasures we learn about. We have yet to try out co-living and work spaces. Will be following your journey too and checking out your next spot! Thanks so much for the recommendations 🙌🏻
