Whats up Alfie, a fan of your channel here and I got hooked when I saw a picture of Orlando Pirates fans during the intro. Thats one of South Africa's football giants and I'm a huge supporter of the Buccaneers 🇿🇦🖤☠️ I would advice you give yourself time and analyze my club who are current on a 100% record so far winning 7 out of 7 and we are most likely to finally end Mamelodi Sundowns's reign of winning the League But my comment in relation to this video most importantly is for you to look into a 20 year old Winger called Relebohile Mofokeng who came super close to signing for Wolves in the middle of last season and the kid also traveled there to complete his trial and passed it only for the signing to not get complete due to Mofokeng's agent (his father) denying the offer due to Wolves not guaranteeing Mofokeng will ever start for Wolves (Wolves still had Pedro Neto on that position so kinda makes sense) and now its rumored Liverpool, thee Liverpool are currently showing interest in the kid He is super talented and mature for his age, he isnt afraid to challenge his full back and almost always beats his man and is no stranger to finding the back of the net himself Our league might be boring nowadays which is mostly Sundowns fault for how long now they've consecutively won the league but there are a couple of bright sides to our league especially with Pirates (who has been runner ups for almost all of Sundowns triumphs) and the likes of Stellenborch and Sekhukhune United Just a suggestion 🤷🏾♂️
Pedro absolutely deserved to make this list, before his ACL tear in the Brazil camp he was easily leading the Brasileiro G+As charts, I need to see him and Gerson (Flamengo too) both get another chance in Europe
If you made a team out of these guys (including the shortlist obviously), balanced the positions and add a manager also outside the top 5 leagues (say Mourinho as an example, given that Amorim is already joining one of those), they could very well compete with the top6 Premier League teams. As I finished writing this, I realized it should be obvious that even a pick of the players from the big 3 in Portugal plus the big 3 in the Netherlands should be able to this, but not so sure it is obvious to people that might only follow the Premier League.
Karim Konaté (Côte d’Ivorian at Salzburg) is banging them in plus was nominated for a Ballon d’Or Kopa award alongside Yamal, Cubarsi and Güler, is an obvious honourable mention you missed. He’s 20.
I guess you get many suggestions for subjects to cover, but I think the story of the sudden rise (and fall?) of the Castore kit maker might be interesting
I think this would have been a bit more interesting of a list if you'd excluded anyone who'd played *in* a Big 5 League, rather than people who just haven't done so in a bit. Still, this is an interesting video. [something something east africa federation]
So a 7's video from players outside the top 5 leagues and you have 4 or 5 out of the same league? I suspect somebody had no intrest in doing the research for this on
More insane considering Pote has been in a beast form since before joining Sporting and getting better GA ratios every season he spends there. As good as a prospect as Silva is, he's been falling in form since Summer.
Some more honorable mentions I would throw in are Ivan Toney, Ousmane Diomande, David Hancko, Jerdy Schouten, Pepê, Orkun Kökcu and definitely Mitrovic if he didn't just turn 30
I’m Brazillian, and talking a bit more about the Brazillian league: Sad thing Hulk couldn’t be included on this list, as I’m sure he’d at least clinch one of the lower places. He’s been absolutely amazing since he came to Brazil in 2021. About other players, I think Pedro could have been included on the 7, as his current season is just nothing short of phenomenal with a goal contribution every 103 minutes in a League I’d argue has a higher standard of competition than Portugal’s, Turkey’s or the Saudi Pro League. About the hounorable mentions, I’m not sure if Fabricio Bruno should have been included, seeing as he’s not one of the stars at Flamengo and recently has even been benched. Besides these, maybe even Gerson or Rodrigo Garro could have been mentioned, as they’re having outstanding season in Flamengo and Corinthians respectively.

How come no Belgian League players were even given an honorable mention when clubs such as Club Brugge, Anderlecht, and even Gent have been very good in Europe this season. Additionally Tolu Arokodare has been superb for Genk with 10 g/a in 13 games in the league
Darren Thomas (Cofi Messi) should have been on the list. at 37 he's still balling for Caernarfon town and even played against legia warsaw in Europa conference qualifying
He is listing players under 30
@tariqomer4678 surely he can make an exception for THE Cofi messi himself. if not then he should've put Siôn Bradley, the redhead from Blaenau was at Caernarfon last season, and after a great year he earned a move to TNS. he played against fiorentina last month!
I was taking a sip of my hot chocolate and almost choked on it when you did the “adu” line. I wasn’t ready for it.
I love your creative ideas on how you feature him differently every time.
Cheers mate.
The way you referred to the American elections throughout the video was golden.
23:37 Ryan Gauld plays for my city’s club. Wasn’t expecting him to be mentioned. Such a good player it’s almost a shame that he’s not playing in a better league.
Whats up Alfie, a fan of your channel here and I got hooked when I saw a picture of Orlando Pirates fans during the intro. Thats one of South Africa's football giants and I'm a huge supporter of the Buccaneers 🇿🇦🖤☠️
I would advice you give yourself time and analyze my club who are current on a 100% record so far winning 7 out of 7 and we are most likely to finally end Mamelodi Sundowns's reign of winning the League
But my comment in relation to this video most importantly is for you to look into a 20 year old Winger called Relebohile Mofokeng who came super close to signing for Wolves in the middle of last season and the kid also traveled there to complete his trial and passed it only for the signing to not get complete due to Mofokeng's agent (his father) denying the offer due to Wolves not guaranteeing Mofokeng will ever start for Wolves (Wolves still had Pedro Neto on that position so kinda makes sense) and now its rumored Liverpool, thee Liverpool are currently showing interest in the kid
He is super talented and mature for his age, he isnt afraid to challenge his full back and almost always beats his man and is no stranger to finding the back of the net himself
Our league might be boring nowadays which is mostly Sundowns fault for how long now they've consecutively won the league but there are a couple of bright sides to our league especially with Pirates (who has been runner ups for almost all of Sundowns triumphs) and the likes of Stellenborch and Sekhukhune United
Just a suggestion 🤷🏾♂️
Since you briefly mentioned it: i would love to see some videos about Womens Football on your channel, Alfie!
Na
A "The 7 best players under 20 outside the big 5 leagues" list maybe?
Thanks for this, I'm a Eredivisie fan and I just recently be watching a lot of River Plate matches and others in the Argentina League.
Another banger 👏
I'm going to need a 7 part series where you give us the 7 best players from each continent
Estavo William is smashing it in Brazil right now. Looks like chelsea got themselves a real player and that Ecudrorian Paez looks amazing too.
Iker Muniain playing for San Lorenzo age 31, always underrated. Loved the video today.
Pedro absolutely deserved to make this list, before his ACL tear in the Brazil camp he was easily leading the Brasileiro G+As charts, I need to see him and Gerson (Flamengo too) both get another chance in Europe
Do the same list for players outside of Europe
If you made a team out of these guys (including the shortlist obviously), balanced the positions and add a manager also outside the top 5 leagues (say Mourinho as an example, given that Amorim is already joining one of those), they could very well compete with the top6 Premier League teams.
As I finished writing this, I realized it should be obvious that even a pick of the players from the big 3 in Portugal plus the big 3 in the Netherlands should be able to this, but not so sure it is obvious to people that might only follow the Premier League.
Why is onana catching strays??? Onana is a class goalkeeper
Video idea - Best player in every european league?
Id love to see a list of top 7 youth system players in the English pyramid
I am South African fan of your channel. PLS just once do a video about the PSL.
Gyokeres reminds me of Luis Suarez but with a larger frame and an even more direct approach. What a player!
Should have made a rule of no Saudi league players
I have to agree with you assesment about scoring goals in Portugal considering Seferovic of all people was prolific at Benfica at one point
Karim Konaté (Côte d’Ivorian at Salzburg) is banging them in plus was nominated for a Ballon d’Or Kopa award alongside Yamal, Cubarsi and Güler, is an obvious honourable mention you missed. He’s 20.
0:56 Orlando Pirates mentioned! (seen rather) 🏴☠️☠️
I think Malcom deserves a shout, been putting up big numbers
I guess you get many suggestions for subjects to cover, but I think the story of the sudden rise (and fall?) of the Castore kit maker might be interesting
love players like gyokeres who waste a chunk of their carrer because of luck but when they get a chance they show their level
Hoping to see my boy Gabriel Pec who has 32 goal contributions in 35 matches in MLS so far. Riqui Puig also deserves a shout!
Damn why did Honduras catch a stray 😂 we have always played futbol we’re just shit because of the corruption
Well Alfie, I think we have already reached the point: We need to talk about Fabian Hürzeler!
I suspect somebody had no intrest in doing the research for this on
It's almost like the 6th best league (really 5th because ligue 1 sucks dick) has great players
Talisca from Al Nassr and Malcom from Al Hilal are criminally underrated and overlooked
Alfie I'd love for you to do a completely normal video but between each photo is a variety of those old PowerPoint slide transitions
7 top up and coming managers would be interesting
Now do one for the best players in every European league
God the O.G thumbnail was a throwback. Please make 7 club CEO's you could beat in a one on one scrap. I must know
Apparently David Moyes passed on Gyokeres when Tim Steiden approached with interest in 2023. Would have been a solid signing for West Ham.
I went 😮 when you mentioned Facundo Torres as an OCSC fan.
7 Years ago??? How old actually am I. Damn I've been watching these a while then.
will be interesting to see if Gyokeres can continue this way without Amorim. Strikers rely on managers a lot at times
He did good at Coventry and he's doing good at the national team.
will you make a "what on earth's going on at AS Roma?" vid? I feel like its something that should be talked about.
I love his constant digs at hendo 😂
Rating antonio silva over pedro gonçalves is insane considering the defenders performance last season and this one
More insane considering Pote has been in a beast form since before joining Sporting and getting better GA ratios every season he spends there. As good as a prospect as Silva is, he's been falling in form since Summer.
D19: 7 best female footballers of all time
Marta Marta Marta Marta Marta.
@Aleksandar Mitrovic for Al Hilal, just superb.
Some more honorable mentions I would throw in are Ivan Toney, Ousmane Diomande, David Hancko, Jerdy Schouten, Pepê, Orkun Kökcu and definitely Mitrovic if he didn't just turn 30
The only problem for Viktor, is that sometimes he struggles in front of goal, and that cost a poker against City and many more goals he could have had
Not conceding a single goal all season is crazy
I’m Brazillian, and talking a bit more about the Brazillian league:
Sad thing Hulk couldn’t be included on this list, as I’m sure he’d at least clinch one of the lower places.
Very solid and spot on list, with exception of António Silva who is a subject of the known Benfica's propaganda. He's not even in the best XI anymore. Everyone outside of benfiquistas is outraged whenever he plays for Portugal
This is why I subscribe to HITC sevens for obscure Swedish woman’s leagues
To many people forget that football exist out side of Europe
following on from Ararat vs Pyunik, how about a '7 biggest derbies on each continent' series
Not mentioning Denis Bouanga, who is the best player in the MLS even as an honourable mention is wild
