@Terrell X3 Yes, their target audience might be a bit older than me but what if they just made the show all ages? Take the Scooby Doo live action films for example, it was great and didn’t took away fun that the original cartoons have. Why don’t they do the same with Winx?
Winx if literally part of my childhood and Netflix didn’t do any justice like wheres the bright colors, the transformation sequences, WHERES TECHNA?? 😭And don’t even get me started on the styling. Bloom is supposed to be 16 years old why does she dress like shes 35??

i mean, cartoon bloom basically is the jean grey of her universe. she wields the dragon flame, which is basically the phoenix force of the winx universe

@@user-hx1hy7yj2i you can explore serious themes and tell a mature story without going all uber-edgy visually. if anything, telling a dark story with a bright color palette can make for a much more interesting work that doesn't err into the side of gratuitously depressing. also, "older people" does NOT refer to teenagers LMFAO
I dunno why but the scene where she got her wings I thought when the flames wrapped around her body new clothes would suddenly appear
They are gonna do that for season 2. You know, clasic netflix.
Look we all know the first season of any adaptation that Netflix produces looks NOTHING like the actual series but the next season start feeling like it
It's been many many years since I've seen the animated series but one look at that scene and I instantly recognized Bloom's transformation poses. I wasn't surprised her clothes didn't change. But I swear I expected her to at least get her tiara and at least stay in the air and blast the monsters like a real fairy.

@Mandet Jiot No they are not going to have a costume change they decided to drop that idea because it was not realistic for them and they wanted the show to be realistic but they are going to have their wings just not the costumes. Bloom was not transformed either this was more like awakening of her powers.

I absolutely loved the last transformation scene. It's so beautifully filmed and was not cheesy cartooney transformation at all, it's quite emotional actually. The director was very effective in transforming a children, happy cuddly cartoon into a more serious series that I really enjoyed watching.
Props to the director but sometimes a serious tone doesn’t make a show good. Case in point Riverdale, but I don’t mind the show at all, i think the plot could’ve been a little better and the dialogue too but hopefully in season 2 it gets better

LOL! For me Bloom will always be the guardian of the Dragon Flame - the second most powerful force in the Magic dimension (according to that elf professor at Alfea). She comes from a long line of powerful nymphs... What I saw in this video was kind of insulting. Real Bloom would wipe the floor with those monsters in a few seconds. So yeah, she can get stronger. Much much stronger.

i know that season 1 is just a little intro for the whole story so it's kinda dumb that they made bloom THAT powerful already. like she should still be learning at season 2
They did the same thing in the cartoon bloom was hella more powerful in the cartoon season one she’s just going to get more powerful once she knows how to control her powers

I personally think its going to be a "Charmix" situation, where they have to earn their FULL transformation like maybe the wings are just a quarter of the magic that they can do, like maybe we will get the "outfit" part at the very end of maybe season 2 leading into season 3 [if we are getting one] like maybe their is a next level to this fairy magic "only the most powerful fairies can harness the magic armour" so as Bloom is known to be the most powerful fairy in the otherworld/magic dimension maybe she will harness her fairy armour "outfit" first... well I hope that's gonna happen.

That's what I think should happen too. When she gets her wings she didn't fully "transform" considering she wasn't able to fly and her wings started to fizzle out as soon as they appeared.
When she got her wings I was like yes ma’am
Ngl this show is kinda good it not supposed to be about the old winx like new winx but yeah it’s good I hope there is another season

If you separate this show from the Winx club its actually pretty decent they really didnt show their powers much tho
I think it's good even if you don't separate it. I think the main problems was to many people had expectations on what they wanted to see but it didn't even get near that because they wanted a more childish show

I figured it was from diluted bloodlines. They insinuated a few times that mixed blood fairies are generally weaker than pure bloods. I guess after time the lack of being able to use the information made the information disappear.
@@jdg462 yeh but would u rather be stronger in a fight or actually have the ability to fight. Strength doesn’t win every time in a fight. A lot of the time it’s the people who actually KNOW how to fight that wins

Top tier fairy without transformation barely being able to take one burned, but Bloom easily taking on multiple burned ones with transformation. It's like when the difference in strength is immense, experience, intelligence, and strategy means nothing.
Imagen if in fate,instead of having a older sister daphinne,bloom got an older brother call daniel that so happens to be a ice fairy ,with cool cryokinesis magic?🤩

The blood witches where not pure blooded witches like Beatrix would be if she turned out to be a witch. Maybe the blood witches kidnapped Beatrix from her family where she had one or two siblings she will one day reunite with. Since the blood witches where not pure witches. They may have wanted to become pure witches by sacrificing a pure witch baby. Than becoming the most powerful by sacrificing Bloom taking the dragon flame from her.

you really said fuck the other girls im only giving good stats to Bloom lmao. Like Im sure that Musa as a dancer would have better durability and speed than Bloom yet she's got all 1s. and don't get me started on Aisha who's a swimmer meaning that her upper body is very strong and she's fast in general but then once again got only 1. Picking favourites really isn't appropriate when you make content like this you know.

this is about the powers displayed on the show not hypothetical, and mentioned potential. Bloom had simply more scenes to showcase her powers and strengths like it's not that deep. they'll probably do a second version next season
