23/3/2024 found this rare gem of a song. It touched my soul and I cried. I am going through a rough time, thinking life isn’t worth living, that nobody cares about me. But, I am healing little by little. I am realising, there can be beauty in solitude..in many things. I need to pick up pieces of myself up, place them back together and let the Sun go through all the cracks that still remain. From those cracks, the most beautiful light will emerge. ☀️💛

I discovered this song in the worst moment of my life when nothing seemed to have a solution and I could not even believe that such a nightmare would end one day. But listening to this would bring me a sense of happiness and peace that I did not find anywhere else and gave me hope that all of those problems would end somehow. Now, six months later, I listen to it while making exciting plans for my life and dreaming about all the places I still have to visit, all the people I still have to meet and all the songs I still have to listen. Thank you for this :) and if you are reading this while going through something similar, hold on - everything will be okay soon!

This song...couldn't love it anymore. I heard it about a year into my sobriety. I had went to treatment out in California and loved the feeling I got out there with the coastal air near Malibu. Well about 2 years into my sobriety I picked up and moved out there. Unfortunately a short time later the job didn't work out, but I still go visit every 3 months to hang out with a beautiful friend I met during my sobriety journey. This song was so fitting.....Love it, love you all!!! Beautifully gifted.
Takes me back in time.... young and surfing the coastline, everything was free and easy, no mobile phones, we wrote letters, we sang songs by open fires on the beach, camped in the woods and surfing was a language and an identity with respect for the ocean and all creatures great and small...a beautiful song...and now I'm moving on...
i listened to this song constantly from Texas to New Mexico while driving west for a hunting trip. Similar situation- no phones (no service where we were), camp fires at night, cooking dinner via camp fire, sleeping under the stars every night, no work, no emails, no excel spreadsheets, just fresh air, cool people, cool stories, cool views. Now, sadly, that is just a 3 year old memory.

Yo that drummer did such an amazing job. He deserves more credit because with that groove hes doing, itd be so easy to have someone fall off the beat or even fall off hinself but he held it so tight. Quite impressive. You gotta appreciate the small intricate details. Not everything has to be a crazy and loud solo going all over the place. There's peace in simplicity done right

This was the last song I sent to someone I truly loved, before they passed from cancer. They had stopped replying by text by that time. As they were to sick to answer, but a part of me hopes they heard this. Everytime I hear this song it always gives me a tear in my eye, but also floods me with memories of them. Truly such a good song though.
This song was played at my best friend's wedding. She was so happy. It was a beautiful wedding. I'll never forget that day. And this song now has so much more meaning. It brings back all the love from that day and the times we could be there for each other when we needed the most. I know someday I'll be old, living a completely different life, and this song will take back me to that day. That day when dreams became true, and love was all around us.
A lot of artists try to create songs with this vibe and come off as forgettable. This was actually one of the best examples of this type of music, the kind that people try to imitate. Good lyrics and melody, unique and has that extra musicality and spark that makes it something I can call good music.

I was born and lived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for 34 years and for my whole life I've went to the beach all the time. Day, night, overnight, parties on the beach with torch and acoustic guitar. I've moved from another state in Brazil and I've lived in the front of the beach and than I came to Florida, US and I live in Orlando... a little bit far from the beach but in 2h I can touch it and feel it. I can't live without sun and when I met New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut I could see how many unhappy are those people who live inside a snow with grey sky. I can't understand why some people just suffer for the whole life for money or good job. We are free to change all the time. Be happy!
