    It's like watching a different player when Bublik is focused and not clowning about trying to entertain the crowd. Incredible stuff. If he stays focused like this he will go far at Wimby.

    I never thought he’d ever be able to play seriously long enough to go deep in any tournament! I love the joy he exudes while playing. So happy to see him win one of these things!

    To be honest that is some of the best tennis I have seen in a very long time. Refreshing to watch. Bublik has that thing you know - rare grace, that eventually shines through in moments like this. It’s the reason I watch any sport.

    Absolut worldclass by Bublik. Great tennis by Rublev. Today Bublik was the better player and wins a well-deserved ATP title. This match shows his amazing skill when he is focuses and fully committed.

      rublev needs to finish more points at the net. he hits great balls from the baseline with fine margins deep in the court but almost never comes in to finish with a volley even though the return from his opponents is a very passive slice traveling high above the net.

    My new goal in life is to be as relaxed at work as Bublik is on the court. It's refreshing to see an ATP player not taking himself too seriously. He was on fire today, enjoying himself and thrilling the rest of us. Well done!

      1000% agree. Old Bublik would have thrown away that point already 10 times but now he dug out all the balls and even won the point. ITS SUCH A TREAT to see someone of Bublik's talent and caliber be serious and reach his potential.

      The shot of his family was amazing, most players have troubles with consistency and motivation cause they are top lonely or just with their parents/coaches, i think for guys like bublik having a family on their own it's a Game cjanger in regards of their potential, Focus and drive to work

    Got goosebumps watching this. Probably the best start of a final for first 3 games in 2023! And bublik didn’t abandon his tactics and those crazy gap btw his drop shots and lobs and slices vs his killer flat shots were so hard for anyone to get into good rhythm

    I always knew bublik had so much potential. The power he processed behind his shots and the versatility too with slices and drop shots but he could never pull it together consistently. Both of these guys have great personalities. I enjoyed this final I was rooting for both guys.

    There are such players as Dustin Brown, Nick Kyrgios and Alexander Bublik blessed with an unbelievable amount of talent and imagination but only Federer translated that into greatness... Imagine what would happen if those three would put their mind into it, how tennis would become far more interesting and much less "mechanical"... Kudos to Bublik for proving he deserves to be there, now please try to turn that into a habit.

    Wow what a moment for Bublik! Loved watching his wonderful game in this tournament, he very well deserved it. Was hoping he at least gives a good fight in the final and now he's won it! A player who's thoroughly entertaining when he's in full flow and when he's a little serious

    He was just incredible the whole week. A dialled-in Bublik with his variety of power, touch and variety... it's almost unplayable for opponents on this surface. And threw in a few Dustin Brown like rocket returns for fun as well.

    Bublik is an awesome guy and this had already been an exceptional week for him before the final. But this match was special. The first three games were some of the best I've seen from any player this year. His style of tennis on the grass is great to watch.

    Congrats, Sasha Bublik! His tennis reminded me of how the game used to be played on grass courts in the 80´s and 90´s - Bublik was up there with McEnroe, Becker, Edberg all week. Hope he keeps it up. Because you don´t have to be a clown to play attractive, entertaining tennis.

Он действительно очень талантливый и мог бы давно уже быть в десятке лучших. Поздравляю с победой, хотя болел за соотечественника Рублева.     It’s not shown in the highlights but the last game was pure Bublik living on the edge. He started it with two double faults, then he made another one at 30:30. All of those were basically two first serves. But despite facing break point it never felt he wasn’t in control. And the best thing is the match point ace was actually a second serve as well :) So gutsy after three doubles that almost cost him the game.
    I’m really happy for him, gotta love his entertaining game and personality. He started this year with losing in the first rounds every week but made up for it this week. Hope it will start him up for more success.

    I am crying!!! He actually cares! Someone like Rublev is 100% dedication, but maybe 10% talent. Whereas Bublik is 100% talent, and 10% dedication. Talent is finite, so when Bublik actually puts more dedication, he is going to be so good !

    Glad to see him win another tournament. The current grass court season leading up to Wimbledon is his best chance. I hope he can carry this momentum through bigger tournaments because it will not only be good for him but for the tennis game too.

    To be very honest, Bublik is a very dangerous opponent in fast surfaces like grass. Firstly he has got an incredible athleticism . Secondly his snappy , stretched forehead is very much well suited for grass , packed with sudden dropshots from the baseline . And as these surfaces makes the ball bounce less and therefore allow Bublik to enhance the chances of his unpredictable shots, unlike clay where you always have a chance to defend .
    I am really happy for Bublik, and really want him to get success in Wimbledon and other events. Every player has there own strategy for the mental part , and Bublik can be a bit "young" in that side . But each time he gets within himself, he goes way farther.
    Best wishes for upcoming matches ! And congratulations for the first ATP 500 title . You deserve this buddy !! 🇰🇿🇰🇿🏆🎾🎾🌠

    he was damn focus. that was damn mature. how he control he's inner dialogue was really professionnal. this serve and volley game plan that was hold from end to end.

      1000% agree. Old Bublik would have thrown away that point already 10 times but now he dug out all the balls and even won the point. ITS SUCH A TREAT to see someone of Bublik's talent and caliber be serious and reach his potential.

    Love to see Bublik in beast mode like this. He is so talented and so entertaining and he doesn’t need to go for the cutesy shots to be so. He just oozes entertainment and it’s so wonderful to see him put it all together with this kind of lockdown play.

    Bublik truly deserved this title. He's the only player who presented something different than the baseline style made popular by Novak among the young gen. It's been too long.

    What a performance in this Final and in whole week Bublik had! It has been extraordinary journey and also the feeling with his new racquet seems now great! I hope in Wimbly he can go deep therefore each game is set on five sets instead of three like here in Halle. The second serve was amazing, powerful and consistent just like the first one which can be his added weapon in Wimbledon, at least I hope so.

    Когда матч еще не начался был уверен в победе Бублика и всем друзьям говорил что он заберет этот финал, интуиция не подвела, очень рад за него, если бы он был не таким импульсивным много финалов бы победил, не хватает терпения ему. Матч был базару зироол
