    Jimmer Fredette's college career is legendary. His pro career... not so much. When you make it to the league, you need mental toughness, strong work ethic, and an inner personal belief that you can play with the best and one day be one of the best.
    Jimmer Fredette, Adam Morrison, Tyler Hansbrough, Doug McDermott, Jason Smith, Nik Stauskas... there were so many white boys with amazing college numbers. But when you get to the NBA, you're playing against grown men. Some of the best athletes in the world. But its mental toughness that separates you.

      Kyle Anderson on the Spurs played against my HSH team in our State tourney in 2012. He scored 35 in the first half without breaking a sweat and didn't play the rest of the game. We finished with 36 points. But Kyle only scores like 8 PPG in the NBA. High school sports is terrible competition where winning is irrelevant, it's just about getting better.

    He’s going to school to WIN...bro you need to go to the school that gives you the best chance to succeed...last i checked Jimmer went to BYU. If he thinks a big school is going to let him do what he does in high school then he is in for a life check. Go to a school that will let you show out

      if you are somebody in high school basketball you are on an AAU team that plays in EYBL or Adidas circuit. It's why I laugh at people who always talk about high school competition in comments. People don't realize almost no one gets ranked or rated based off what they do in high school. It's all about AAU and the elite basketball camps. That's where you make your name.

    • @nigelklassen4651

      soo much of aau ball is trash, its mostly a bunch o dudes tryna showcase their individual talent, prep schools is where its at.

    • @nigelklassen4651
      @nigelklassen4651 6 років тому +4

      AlphaDwg but your right about the elite camps, thats where most the college recruiters n coaches show up.

      anthony Martinez one of the most competitive aau leagues in the country. If you're good enough to make it, you could be D1. Especially if you play on 17 and under group or the 16 and under group.
