that quest rogue game felt like one of the adventures, the boss's deck is hilariously powerful but the ai does its best to throw the game every turn, and then out of nowhere you manage to win

0 Volcanoes all game, its insane, Hagatha is definitely rigged in favor of crappier spells.
so there appears to be a trend of dragonhatchers turning into mechatun when they evolve?
nature is truly magical.
It's how they exert dominance over the dragons once those mature.
That game vs. the quest rogue felt like one of those impossible bosses from the naxx or something where they just have turn after turn of new strong boards and everyone would complain saying how impossible the boss was.
And then others argument that the boss is balanced because the AI is terrible
Except the opponent messed up by not going infinite with Zola
But even cheating can't out value the mayor of value town
and just like with those bosses, the opponent lost due to obvious incompetence, not due to limited possibilties
Still praying for the day Blizzard finally admits they screwed up and nerfs Quest Rogue from orbit.
This is the way Shudderwock was meant to be played.

Maybe he doesn't play evolve at all? I've never been a big fan of shaman myself, there's some interesting deck archetypes in there but I mostly prefer mage and warlock myself, also evolve seemes to have (almost) always been the random effect in hearthstone that low rolls the most. I've lost count of all the times i've gotten the legendary mage spell from 'add random spell' effects since boomsday release xD
Edit: also seeing faceless manipulator in it's 'original form' on the board is quite rare, just like with chameleos, for obvious reasons (I think that was the first time I heard faceless death sound aswell)
At 21:27 is when the QR messed up by not getting a Zola off of the Zola and stopped the infinite chain.
I play this deck without Lich king and thrall, but included an elemental package with Kalimos. Works pretty good for me, just in case you miss the other legendaries.
That quest rogue game was one of the best games I've see in a while.
the gentle WoW music in the background gave me flashbacks of watching youtube videos while playing for so long that i afk and my toon logs and the client boots me back out to the log-in screen and i get mad because i alt-tab to log back in so the menu music stops but this time when i paused the video the music stopped too, long story short don't smoke weed kids

In my mind, midrange decks are hearthstone at its best. No BS zoo aggro and no 30 minute control games. Just pure strategy. Also, this deck is crazy fun, favorite deck of this meta so far.

Your deck could have used a frostwolf warlord my friend. Synergises with giggling and flame elemental and a nice battlecry for shudderwock.

Only thing i don't understand is why do you have thrall dk since you're gonna evolve all the other battlecries away?
It's a different win condition. Sometimes you can't hope to live long enough to get a big Shudderwock finish so you want to play Thrall on 5 to get a huge board swing.

In that last game, why did it matter that Trump got Azalina? I thought Druid just wanted to make your hand full so you couldnt ransom back the deck? What relevance does Azalina serve to that end?
Druid couldn't fill your hand, he used both naturalized, so he needed azalina to get the ransom back

Does anybody know wht the shaman plays without weapons now? It is supposed to be a weapon class, and it works great for me
There are no good shaman weapons in - doomhammer is only good for aggro and the 2/3 weapon doesnt do enough while overloading you in the process
Runespear best weapon in the game. You sir must goldencraft it.
Also why not use bloodtboil it seems good
Sergio Garrido Paco for some reason they didn't print any early weapons for shaman.
Before they had the mech mace, spirit claws which got nerfed, and then jade claws.
After that they stopped printing any good early weapons for shaman.
We got Ice breaker which sucks , then Runespear which is a rng fest.
Maybe next expansion shaman might get a decent weapon

King Bling simply no room for it. Bloodlust would be a good fit in this deck, but all these cards are in this deck for a reason. You don’t even need it tbh.

I've been playing Shudderwock in elemental shaman for a while.

Oh it's just a good value card in any deck that runs a lot of battlecries. The point of the video is it doesn't have to be a crazy combo build.
Did anyone else see that misplay not getting the destroy all 1 cost cards in both decks, would have been over turns before

The game against Quest Rogue makes me question Trump a lot, but then in the end it also makes me find the answer myself that Trump is the better player at this game....than that Rogue player.
Shudderwock. A card that requires no skill at all. A card, that wins you the game.
Deathknight thrall should definitely have had a devolve mechanic as well. Make the card 7 mana (or better yet 5 mana overcharge 2) with the description "evolve your minions by two, devolve your enemy minions by two" and the card would actually be worth being a deathknight card. Plus, the hero power could include this, so you could use it to devolve a single enemy minion by one as well as the current evolve a friendly minion by one. Sure this could be overpowered by by-passing taunts and what not, but there's always the risk with the random chance. You could turn that opposing scalebane into a 1/1 or 7/7 despite removing the effect and devolving. I dunno, thrall just got the short end of the stick with his hero card.

What are you on? He played a grizzly, then ate it with Cube. Kathrena pulled the second one from the deck with her Battlecry. Only beasts left are Krush, 2 Charged Devilsaurs, and MAYBE 2 Highmanes. Most recruit hunters don't run Highmane right now to increase odds of high rolling a charge minion or high HP taunt.
You're right about the grizzly. I'm fairly certain its deathrattle hunter though and not recruit hunter.
This quest rogue is absolutely awful.
