The tension, the climax. There is not violence, just full focus on what's happening. Tells you how you're in a peaceful-forgotten dimension. Then you can hear Pigstep, shows how the fight has its fancy vibes on it. And then Aria Math, the showdown reminding us how everything is so connected, about the player and the game. Completely nailed, thanks for sharing this amazing theme to us.
Fun fact: the Ender Dragon does have a "boss theme" in game called "boss.ogg", which is mostly eeire ambience, so can't wait to get a resource pack that replaces it with this gorgeous piece of music.
Update: Just looked up how to make a resource pack for music, and this has worked out like a charm in my creative test world, looking forward to taking on the dragon in my current hardcore world with this banger.
Im no music person, but this? out of all the fan made boss themes, this is by far the best and can fit to Vanilla perfectly! that Aria Math and build up was a cherry on top of a just a simple boss theme but gives a feeling of fighting a losing battle with a small hope of winning,
wasn't expecting this song to pop up out of nowhere, but nonetheless, i'm honestly blown by how well this actually fits with the rest of the ost! (also a REALLY big fan of how fitting the references were used here, similar to how The End does something similar with taking fragments of the various motifs in the game.) my only nitpick is that this feels more like something you'd hear upon facing on a threat in the regular overworld than in a fight with the dragon at the most desolate end of the world, which honestly doesn't matter because either way, this is great!
This is great! It sounds like a Minecraft Story Mode song. I like how calm yet foreboding it is. It's like a boss song but in the Minecraft style. Good job!
Honestly, yeah, the Ender Dragon fight needs a theme playing in the background. I imagine a slightly more epic sounding one, but yours is also good, and fits the fight pretty well. Better than what mojang did anyway. If someone can put this in a resource pack then 'll gladly use it.
If you're talking about "epic" and mean those orchestrators who overuse percussions, no. In C418 style, like what he did in the Alpha Mix Orchestration, he only used Snare drums. That's it.
I've had this in my playlist ever since it dropped. I love it to pieces - it sounds so atmospheric and Minecraft-y. The use of leitmotifs works really well too. It may not be your conventional boss theme, but that only adds to the mood befitting of a game like Minecraft. Wouldn't mind hearing it in-game. Awesome stuff!
I need someone to make a biome, boss specific music mod where if u enter e certant area like the end here and the Drangon is still alive the boss music will play
Can’t wait to gaslight my younger kids telling them this was once The End’s theme song and then proceed to tell them all about my Minecraft experience back in the day (before Monster School or some sh💩) as I have this video playing in the background.
es increible, la escena que se puede armar con este sountrack, puedes usar un programa para añadir musica a minecraft y que suene cuando entres en combate con el dragon
I made a resource pack with this song, replacing boss.ogg with it in badrock, it was insanely good, I wanted to make it bigger, but I'm horrible with loops.

I'll make it if I get permission. Is that ok with you Mr. Rivers?
Sure man!
@@J.Rivers Cool! Any way to download this as a file?

There's the folder where I'll put all of them ^^

The only fanmade dragon soundtrack that sounds like minecraft music
I love how fitting it is for the end dragon, and climactic, but at the same time still feels like a minecraft song
As much as I like other Ender Dragon themes.
This is probably the best I've heard.
It somehow manages to be both calm and intense.
This right here..this is beautiful, we need an end update with this song in it

Your soundtrack sounds like it is inspired by multiple other Minecraft soundtracks, but it sounds very good and eery! This deserves more attention.
I love hearing leitmotiv from Minecraft in this
Reminds of minecraft story mode music, I LOVE IT!

@@mikechad27 yes, it needs to be a calm melody. It is a calm boss-fight and c418 style theme is perfect
The ender dragon fight definitly should have a theme the foght is so underwelming rightnow
It actually already has it, it called "Boss", but it... kinda the worst C418's track
@@ultrafun2227 oh i did not notice that im gonna go listen to it thanks!
This fits in really nicely with the overall vibe of C418’s work.
To add on to this point, it also reminds me of the music from Story Mode.

you made me want to play vanilla minecraft again, thank you.
This is so good, i like it a lot. The boss song we got in the main game isn't even noticable, but this remix is so good :D
It's like I hear an epic mashup of all Minecraft OST, and that's perfect for finale of the game
Sounds more like soundtrack that could be from a Battle Minigame Map (from the Minecraft: Console Edition) than just The End.
This is actually perfect
I like how the way you use the Minecraft Leitmotif.

this sounds amazing. i love it sm lmao 🗣️🔥🔥🔥⁉️⁉️‼️‼️
This sounds great! Very well made, Rivers
Yoooo I just got back into Minecraft (for like the 7th time) so this theme is perfect timing.
Incredible work!

Monster School was cool. Willcraft was at the top of his game when he made it, despite claiming he had minimal skills in animation.
this is so good omg
A Masterpiece.
PLEASE MAKE A MOD OF THIS IT WOULD BE A AWESOME BOSS MUSIC MOD.
Nice work man!
Una carta de amor al gaming 🚬🤏
No se yo, pero se escucha nostálgico :'(
Wonderful
Sounds good!
Me gustó esa referencia a Aria Math
Very accurate to the original soundtrack, seems official even! :o
I like this
Please make more Minecraft boss themes!
absolutely love it, do you plan to put it on spotify by chance?
This is beautiful!
Btw, what atmospheric pad do you use? It sounds EXACTLY like C418
Dude what the heck you’re so talented! Is this song free to use by any chance?
Sure, just give me credits ^^
yes more
Comentarios: tIeNePvZ?!?!?
Yo si reconocí algunas referencias a C418, buen trabajo ;D
Wow
Me sentí en el end por alguna razon
es increible, la escena que se puede armar con este sountrack, puedes usar un programa para añadir musica a minecraft y que suene cuando entres en combate con el dragon
There is already a dragon theme called "Boss", so you just need to change files
puedo usar esta cancion en un mapa de minecraft es para el jefe final
0:44 sounds like pigstep ngl
The End, or just a beginning?
Really nice and fitting, it reminds me a bit of the themes for Minecraft minigames on consoles
😎
I hope this is in the OstOverhaul mod
It's good, but it's missing Inspector Gadget.
:0

Is there a download link?
