- Wednesday night drive around downtown Miami and Miami Beach Florida. Video starts in Downtown Miami, and focuses on the Brickell financial district. This area is very similar to Singapore! After leaving the downtown area, I head across Biscayne Bay towards my hotel in Miami Beach. Check out the lighting storm as I cross the bay. Enjoy!

The Health District is a major center for hospitals, clinics, and the biotechnology and medical research industries. PortMiami is the busiest cruise port in the world in both passenger traffic and cruise lines, and refers to itself as the "Cruise Capital of the World". Miami is also a major tourism hub for international visitors, ranking second in the country after New York City.

This video gives me the same feeling as when you arrive in a city on a very late flight by night. You take the cab to the hotel, you are absolutely lost and fatigued but at the same time mesmerized by the scenic view of an unknown city. Usually, the driver is silent, he rides a long Hyundai sedan, the radio is very low, the A/C is too cold but it's so peaceful

My home Miami. If you're from here and have driven through these streets, then you've seen this landscape 100 times over. And it always feels like home. Night drives are about the most calmest.
These are the roads I walk alone at night while playing euphoric hip hop in the background. Always a spectacular sight. 🌆
idk if anyone else gets like a huge relief and gaze in aw when seeing a city at night especially like when you go in vacation to somewhere with a city, you did some fun activities all day, then you drive to your hotel late at night at the scene is so perfect

The difference from NYC and Chicago is that they look nice only from afar or from above. Once you are inside they are disgusting and dangerous, especially New York (aka the biggest dump in the US). Miami, however in clean and beautiful inside as well.

Well, downtown Chicago is not too bad maybe (unlike many other parts of that city), but NYC is the most disgusting, stinky and filthy place in the US. Yes, even the "best" and the most expensive parts of Manhattan are disgusting.

I've lived here for the last 9 years and the changes downtown and Brickell are insane. And up by the museums and edgewater there loads more space for buildings.

I guess compared to many other American cities it does have a little bit of flare, but it also has lots of douchebags, horrible drivers, rude mediocre service all around, shitty pay and overpriced real estate. I'm sure many people will say "why don't you move." I grew up here. My entire family is here. I have roots here. I'm not going to move away and create distance between my kids and their grandparents. It's not totally horrendous here, but there are a lot of downsides for sure. Too many people only see those bright pretty lights and beaches. Don't get me wrong, there are people that live and die by Miami. Like true, die hard Miami supporters. To each their own I guess.
