I am AMAZED at how fast and HUGE that new tower is!!! I read up on it, and I still didn't realize it would be that darn tall!!! That building is going to throw some shade, that's for sure.
@@ChillinDrives Yes I have seen. I kind of expect that in Brickell - but on the Beach, I wish there was a lower limit. That new tower will shadow a large swath of buildings as the sun hits 2pm until sunset. In the summer, it might be a good thing....? I had been following the meetings they had about this tower, and I believe they opted for a narrower, taller tower. The lesser of two evils, I gues.....

There are quite a few tall towers going up! The towers along brickell are beautiful.
