This is one of the many reasons I've stayed so long and continue to. Asia is a massive land mass with lots of different cultures, nations and practices. This is about Korea only, not other countries in Asia. Definitely not the same.

I've never had Korean noodles before, until a couple of months ago, and they are so good. Usually I go for Yum Yum noodles (Thailand) but there are so many different flavors with Korean noodles. They also seem to be a little bit thicker, so more chewy which I like a lot.
Same, I've been obsessed with the ramyeon my mom bought, it's quite expensive in our country and i can only eat it sometimes.i wish i have more money to buy some
Unfortunately, they use petroleum based products to bind instant noodles together and that is really bad for your digestive system :(

Joe Polchlopek - I do not eat them often. One interesting video of fresh vs factory Ramen noodles showed factory noodles still had their shape hours after being injested. Seriously.
@@cliffontheroad Yeah, seeing that put me off instant ramen almost entirely. They use petroleum based products as a preservative and that makes them almost impossible to digest. Eating lots of them can lead to liver diseases.
