The queen prefers to stay between 68-86 degrees. In the rainforest they get a lot of that humidity and heat. I think what’s most important for the anthurium is air flow. Without really good air flow they seem to struggle with fungal issues and yellowing. And getting the perfect light seems pretty important too. The collection you got is so beautiful!! Glad you had such an amazing trip!!
Amy you have no need to worry about your vocabulary, your eloquence comes from your true love of your plants and the love you show when you share them with us. Your new plants from Ecuagenera are amazing, the leaves are so mature, soon you will have your very own mini Costa Rica tropical garden.
You are so dedicated! Thank you for uploading so soon after your trip. BTW, I would never have guessed you were exhausted. You look radiant. Looking forward to the trip highlights video.
Welcome back Amy, you look rejuvanated, although you said you are exhausted, you don't seem like this to us. Really nice plants. I was away for only 4 days from home and when I came back I found such difference on my plants! Spring is amazing and is finally coming after a super cold winter we had.
Glad you are back and that you had a nice time. What a nice homecoming having all those beautiful plants waiting for you. Thanks for taking the time to video. 💚🌱🪴🌿💚
I really loved and admired your enthusiasm towards plants keep grow and growing day by day. Being part of people wh o are always feeling great, feeling grateful with our amazing mother nature. Keep it up your dedication Amy 😘 sending hugs ❤️
I'm so looking forward to seeing the clips and hearing about your trip! Welcome home, I hope your new plants acclimate easily. That gloriosum is so so amazing, I can't imagine trying to ship such a large plant! So fun to see your giant philodendrons, and your tiny orchids in the same video. Can't wait for hoya updates, as always!
im glad your trip was so refreshing! i have a cruise planned in a few months, and want to feel that escape, in fact i truly crave it right now. beautiful plants love!!!
@@Wolfgangsmama we are going to Nassau in the Bahamas for a couple nights, Ochos Rios in Jamica, and then to the Grand Cayman islands for a couple. I went to the Caymans in 2010 for like 2 weeks so it will be nice to go back and revisit. It's so beautiful there. In the meantime, I am hoping to go to either Colorado or Mexico for a shorter (and cheaper, hehe ;)) little get-a-way.
I just love your thoughtfulness and your philosophies on having plants and the joy and different meaning they convey to you. !! I genuinely enjoy the way you talk you are eloquent!! And the way your face brightens talking about plants!! Welcome i missed your videos~ btw its a totally out of context but what blush do you use??? i always think how pretty your blush colors on you against all those greens !
thank you so much, Love! I don't even know the brand! I got it a long time ago from a grocery store and it comes with a blush, a highlight and a contour color! i will go check!
Just a suggestion maybe you need to cut off all the leaves except for where you see the new Leaf unfurling and the other leaved that hasn't started turning yellow yet, Just leave those two on and cut everything else off, so all the wonderful energy can go into those other two leaves..
Wow, there are some stunning big bois! I had no idea you can have an upgrade to bigger versions. Do they cost much more than the "regular" size listed on their website? Good luch with acclimating them, I'm looking forward for future updates 💚
Thanks for sharing, what a nice haul ! ❤️ Btw, I was told that Plowmanii citrus will lose its variegation in mature form, similar to some other philodendrons losing their silvery in mature form. So it’s best to get the juvenile size instead if you want to enjoy the citrus variegation. :)
