You are amazing. Best mechanic ever. Keep up your good work. Please try to hold the camera by mini tripod and use clip mic on your shirt, both may help you improve video quality in future. Anyway, you did a very good job. Keep up your excellent work! Cheer!
You're welcome, I was helping my friend out and figured I record it for others since on older models it was simple access under 2nd row seat but this time they definitely didnt make it that easy 😁
Thank you so much for this video. I am getting there...How did you wedge off the driveshaft from the rear diff? I removed all six bolts but it is stuck tight
I would add to color mark the position of the drive shaft connection. Original balancing is maintained. Is this unit a 4MATIC and what is the year and engine? A 2013 w166 with a 276 engine has a separated FTPS (not part of the fuel pump).
@@pandydiy That's great, I have the dealer full work system and it mentioned the marking. I think on mine I may not have to drop the exhaust as the 276.9 has an outer routing of piping around the tank. There is a guy that has listed on youtube a 'shortcut' for the sensor replace only. Probably would not work for a pump. ua-cam.com/video/_trjddv-OAY/v-deo.htmlsi=8sn3f6dZlJ-giSLk
@blessonxaviour826 yes you can do so to pump out wrong fuel, if I was you I would just remove the fuel filler neck where it connects to the fuel tank and let the fuel pour out, when fuel stops pouring out I would use fluid transfer pump , you can get one of these manual pumps from Walmart or harbor freight and try to pump out the rest, lift up driver side of the car to get it on a angle so fuel could flow out easier
I watch this video one month ago and now i have P0451 fuel pressure sensor error I also get long cranking as if the car is out of fuel Can it be my fuel pump is going bad?
Older models was easy, used to have a access to fuel pump under 2nd row seat. Now have to do all that to get to a fuel pressure sensor or pump. One way to make more money on service 😁

This is nice. I wish to come to the USA. I'm a practicing auto mechanics currently living in Lagos Nigeria.
Thank you for documenting that process

@carlrossi drive shaft should have markings on it from factory

good stuff
THANK YOU !
Just wondering is this the same way to drain the wrong fuel put in to the tank? Or any easy way to remove the wrong fuel? Thanks in advance

Thank you very much. I will try that

I would replace fuel pump and sensor
@@pandydiy thanks 👍🏻
Great job 👍🏻
This is big F#%! Job

@@pandydiy I remember I did it on my 2004 ML350
You keep car from moving you apply
e-brake so car doesn’t roll?
@mikimiki195 sure extra safety is good but I wouldn't think that's necessary, car is in park and there is no reason for it to roll.
Hi do you know the torque for drive shaft? Thanks
Unfortunately no
