That is so awesome! This new wait of eating has changed my life, in so many ways. I wont say it was easy at first but .. I'm so glad i have stuck with it. I started off slow and each month I make very realistic goals for myself. I feel that has helped me stay on track and stay accountable. One piece of advice I would give is look at the big picture and don't allow the scale to dictate your success. I talk about this a lot on my channel.
Thank you!!! I’ll definitely take your advice and keep that in mind along my journey! I plan to make 5lb goals and every 5 lbs lost, I’ll set back $10 and once I reach 50 lbs lost, I’ll spend that money on a new outfit!
I would recommend transitioning slowly!!! The 1st couple weeks, as your body is becoming fat adapted, could lead to some awkward moments on a 10 mile run!!! And remember, you are used to running on carbs for fuel so you may feel a little drained on your runs at first until your body figures out that fat is a much more efficient and powerful fuel source!!!
This is amazing!!! Thank You!!!
Glad you like it!

Just found your videos and am starting January 2nd. Curious how my body will adapt as I’m a distance runner, 10+ miles at a shot.
