    Sangram Vajre, CMO and Co-Founder of Terminus, talks about marketing not doing their job, they will get fired. From my experience and research for my books on B2B sales, if sales are not making their numbers, salespeople get fired.
    In most B2B companies, marketing has never been held accountable like salespeople have been. With all the analytics now, it’s tougher for marketing to hide the fact if they aren’t bringing in quality leads, and they're not getting an ROI on their marketing campaigns.
