After 3 years, hows does the char feel? Did you come across any issues or still everything is working as expected. Also hows the heating function. Does it really help in the cold UK weather ?

There was an accident with the chair ending up cable getting entangled around its own base and had to cut the cable off. Used it just as a manual recliner for a year and then sell it off.

Only thing is you didn't sit in the chair and say your height so people can get an glimpse of the actual size and see your reaction
