  • Compost. Regeneration. Harvesting the Good in Change.
This is the last ten minutes of a wonderful dialogue with my friend & colleague in Organic Intelligence®, Hannah Ebner of Human Being Consulting, who was kind enough to share with me how she has been calling on the organic tools of deep rest, regeneration, growing capacity to listen & notice, and the intersection between self-care & care of the collective, during this time of collective disorganization & reorganization. Such a good dialogue for this time as we "compost" our lives and begin to be curious about what is newly gestating.
How can I rest in the now in the midst of chaos & change?
How can I be curious about the good that can emerge even in the most strange and uncertain of times?
How can I tend to myself radically, and say yes to the simple connections that feed me in a way that is authentic and essential?
It was a pleasure to hear Hannah speak to how she is using the tools of Organic Intelligence® to assist her own life, and to be in the emerging dialogue together that is the juice of connection.
These last ten minutes are the joint synthesis as we reflect together on the emerging wisdom of "resting in the deep well of life."
Hannah has a practice in Tucson Arizona, where she enjoys assisting others to "experience more inner space, more resilience and emotional flow, more capacity for self-regulation, and more agency" in their lives.
