I'm not sure of the year but I had long black hair and lived in a city. My name was Irena. I was madly in love with a beautiful blond haired woman;however, we had to keep our love secret due to societal disapproval. When her father found out, he was able to get me arrested (not sure under what charge). I died in a jail cell, choked on my dinner. I had a little brother with whom I was very close with. He had to wear braces on his legs to help him walk. He passed away when I was in jail and I died feeling remorse for not being there to bury him. The craziest part is in this lifetime I have felt shame in regards to sexuality, there's most likely still an energetic blockage there. It would make sense if this was the way I was treated for being in love with another woman in a previous one. Thank you for this!

This wasn't from this meditation, but I would like to share from a previous dream months ago in 2020. A young girl of "color" was let loose from slavery. She was physically free, but mentally was traumatized. I decided to sit by hear, not ever meeting her, said nothing, and she hugged me without being told to do so. Amazing how energy works!
I had visions of 2 past lives, one was in the 1920’s I was a young white brunette (seemingly rich) flapper style girl with the long cigarette, dancing in a club. It didn’t seem like a very fulfilling life, can’t explain it but seemed shallow. The last one was me crushing corn as young Mayan/Indian/Aztec woman on the ground...I had a lot of sadness due to not having children of my own. But I saw myself/her as an older wise woman knowing that I was to be mother to many almost like a medicine woman/shaman and I was so happy to know I touched many lives. This was a very deep, fulfilling and soulful life that gave balance to my soul. Thank you! (I have 2 wonderful children in this life and have been married for 16 years...with a lot of life lessons learned and many more to come I’m sure!)

Relationships can be hard and indeed extremely hurtful - as such it makes sense you attempt to help others by warning them of the dangers - but remember that everyone you meet is the product of divine communion between the masculine and the feminine - we were made to be better together than divided. I know forces are pulling the gender apart and that can make it easy to forget - but it is not natural and it's not the norm. We are here to bring light and love - that's at least what I belive, and that belief seems to help me, maybe it can help you too 🤗
I had two images. One was an image of being a middle age male, an ad executive in the 50s. Another of being a tall beautiful woman with auburn hair, giving birth to a son, dancing with my toddler, being married to an older man but then dying of cancer while son was still a little boy. Probably in the 60s based on the music I heard. I’m going to do this multiple times and see what else I can unveil.
I was a woman named Sina, I had a husband, Calumn. We lived in a stone like fortress and the numbers 1422were spoken. fires kept us warm. I was pregnant and gave birth to our first child - a son Adan. We were happy, Calumn was pleased. I was tired and wet, and cold; and I passed shortly after childbirth.
That was an amazing experience, the music and imagery was perfect.
I was a man about 60 years old.
I was wearing a type of sandal and a beige white tunic. I had a wooden staff in my hand and a type of satchel over my shoulder. I had white shoulder length messy hair and and long white facial hair. It was a dusty white dry ground when I looked at my feet. The landscape was a combination of rocky mountains no trees, just shrubs on the flat lands. I could have been a wanderer!? I was totally by myself but I remembered feeling a sense of peace and contentment as I was observing and admiring the landscape. It didn't not look familiar to me, like where I lived or grew up. But it seemed like it was the same country. I do not know what century I was in as I saw no one and was in the wilderness.
I dont know why I was there or why I was by myself.
I then just saw myself struggling to walk, dragging my feet, but not giving up till I died. I did not fear death. Which is really cool cause I also dont fear death.
I was very emotional and overwhelmed when I was coming back out of the hypnosis cause I realised I died on my own in the wilderness but saying I loved my family.....this is my 1st experience of this and I want to know more. I feel so alive, thank you 🙏😁

I saw myself as a nun in nazi Germany. I prayed together with the other nuns to prevent and then to stop the war.
I was talking in front of students and spreading my truth against the war. War has not started 1939, almost all european countries prepared for it many years ago. I saw the poverty in the society and all the injustice. It hurt me a lot.
I was a lady of the house in 14th century Italy. We made cheese and traded at a market. My dog of today was my horse then.

I'm wearing sandals and walking on a grassy, fertile landscape filled with lots of greenery and lush trees and exotic plants. I love the feel of grass on my skin. It's breezy and cool, and I feel my legs move against a soft white, silky like dress, although it has a different kind of texture than silk, more durable.
Everything about our world is about living in harmony. We live in a circle city and at the centre is a pyramid where power is generated. In our world, there is no poverty or sickness and everyone is free. We have no slaves in our world. We use all the resources we need and live together with animals who are living adjacent in the jungle.
There is so much beauty in the world, but in the neighbouring world across the sea from us, there is only death and destruction and endless wars. More than half their population are slaves, living horrible lives of continual suffering. I'm with a man who is kind and wise from that neighbouring world, and he is wearing a metal uniform of sorts, like in Game of Thrones. He looks a bit like Vladimir Putin. I'm showing him my city and he is enraptured by all that he sees, how it is possible for us to live in complete harmony. He wants to transition his world to match ours.
I somehow know or an omniscient voice tells me that Plato's most famous work is based on our civilisation, about the philosopher king, in the way everyone has a role and duty to the city-state and everyone lives in harmony.
We're a dying race though, and there aren't many of us left...
Something happens, something dark. The wise and kind man has a family back in his world, and his wife is jealous. She has been spreading rumours to the council, lies about us and what we are up to, and has convinced the council to attack us. They send an army to our city to capture us, but when he tries to stop them, they slash his throat as they see him as a traitor. They threaten me and take my children away, my two little girls whom I adore so much.
When I began the session, I just wanted to know about the origin of my unusual birthmark, but I may just have a vivid imagination lol
Hello Brian, and thank you for this. I don’t usually comment, but this was so vivid that I have to. And yes I looked it up afterwards and honestly, I’m pretty blown away. So I was a young man, rich, with beautiful clothes and a ring, and a locket/pocket jewelry. My name was Richard and the year was 1483. The important event was a crowning, so I was King. I had a wife, I saw two young children and horses, a great abbey house and I died in a battle, probably speared or impaled. The importance of my situation there felt like justice or doing right amongst some kind of corruption.
I went online to look up a King Richard.
See King Richard the third. Yes I’m blown away at the accuracy and detail. I will process this for a while and see what needs to be seen/ understood in this, my present life🙏🏽 thank you again.
This was really awesome! Ive always wanted to be regressed to a past life for real. One day I’ll have it done in person. For sure. But I’ve done a bunch of these in the past created by other people without much success. This one was so different! In a good way. I like how you slowly regressed back through life into childhood and then back from there. I remembered things from my youth that I had completely forgotten about! But I mean, remembered with great detail and emotion too. 😳 this gave me so much confidence that I really could go back and remember a past life. And I believed I did. In the regression when I looked down at my feet I saw the feet of a man in some sort of sandal. I couldn’t see what the sandal looked like but I could see my toes. The image wasn’t super vivid but I could see that. I really couldn’t make out what I was wearing but when I looked up I was in a valley surrounded by very green mountains! Next to me there was a donkey attached to a wooden cart. The whole area was very green and lush and the sky was gray. No sun exposed just gray like it had been raining. When I looked into the distance I saw a line of men with donkeys pulling wooden carts walking in a line along one of the mountain ridges. I couldn’t see what was in the carts but I could see that the men were all wearing the round pointy topped hats like you would see in China maybe or other Asian countries. That’s all the detail I can really remember. Really cool! I’ve never experienced anything like that. I will say, I won’t do it before bed again because I had a really hard time sleeping and had crazy weird dreams all night. Otherwise, I loved it. Will do again. ♥️ thank you 🙏🏼

Hi Cadence not sure if you've found the answer but I can tell you that I used this last night and fell asleep shortly into my regression so can recall little other than being a shirtless man standing outdoors but slept through the night (as I usually don't, like ever) and feel pretty great this morning.
I was a good looking man in his early twenties, in love with a beautiful girl who I saw myself getting married too. Also saw an asian boy smiling at me all the time. I know none of them in this life. They were all new faces. I died a day after my marriage and saw my wife crying, she wouldnt let go of me. She was always around me. I guess I was killed by a strange looking lady who took my wife away from me after I physically died. I used to play football. I was a very handsome young man with blonde hair. I also saw the UK flag.
I think the beautiful girl I married is my daughter in this life. I loved that girl madly just as I love my daughter now. My daughter wouldnt let go of me, she always wants to be with me, she is an infant. I can clearly see the resemblance between my daughter and that beautiful girl who was my lover. They look alike. Smiling faces full of love. Exact same faces, just the difference in age.

I've used this video and it was really challenging, but I don't mean that in a negative way, it's just that sometimes life is far worse than anything you can imagine.
It led me on an sad journey, which I'll share with you.
First memory is being crammed into a small space in the dark, I'm dirty and the stench of urine is horrendous.
I feel a swaying motion and hear a clacking sound like a train running on tracks.
I'm absolutely terrified, I'm about ten years old and I keep shouting out a word that sounds like "Dada, Dada" (I've had to spell it phonetically because I've no clue if It's a real word or not)
A man pushes his way through the people and grabs hold of me tightly, and I know he's my father, he's crying, he strokes my hair and says something that sounds like "Nemmo blackati, Mirjana" I just know Mirjana is my name (I've also spelt this phonetically, sorry)
My head is aching, I'm hungry, thirsty and my chest hurts so bad, I've got sores on my hands, feet, legs, arms, bottom and there's a huge crusty sore on my top lip.
I drift off to sleep with him singing to me, the next thing I'm aware of is laying on cold ground crying hysterically for my "Dada" we've been separated and I'm so afraid, I've wet myself.
There are so many children, ONLY CHILDREN, and we're mostly crying, some are just sitting staring though and nobody seems to know where our parents have gone.
Next memory is that I know I'm dying, I cannot breath properly, my chest feels like it's on fire and my vision is ..... well everything looks shadowy and it's like I've got tunnel vision, men in uniform come into the, what I think is it a hut, and they are shouting at us and hitting us with what looks like batons, I can't get up, one comes over to me and shakes me, trying to make me stand up, but I can't, he's kicking me and screaming at me, but I can't get up, he throws me on my back and puts his foot hard on my chest, knocking the wind out of me and he starts hitting me in the head with his baton then I can taste blood in my mouth and he lifts his foot up and I feel his boot break the bones in my face and everything goes pitch black and there's no more pain, I know I've died.
I did this a week ago, my daughter was so concerned by the impact this has had on me she took it upon herself to research what I remember following this regression, this is what she's found out and, to me, it rings true:
1. Mirjana IS actually a legitimate name, it's from the Slavic states, most likely Serbia.
2. If she's correct the name or word I was calling out in that cramped space was more than likely not actually "Dada" but Tata. Tata is the Serbian word for daddy, which, sadly, makes an awful lot of sense.
3. During WWII Serbians along with Jewish people and Romanies were rounded up and sent to concentration camps in Yugoslavia, the worst place being a camp called Jesanovac where men and woman were separated from their children and sent off to work in other places - the children, as far as Elizabeth can make out, were sent to a childrens only camp to be "looked after" in this camp they were treated brutally and mostly killed, methods included beatings, starvation, being forced to drink tainted water, and gassing them with Zyklon B, a fate which Mirjana/me obviously escaped by, I feel confident enough to say this, being beaten and stomped to death by a guard.
Now I don't know if I truly regressed to a former life, it could all just be a very powerful imagination and a string of coincidences that came together to weave a past that didn't happen but in saying that stories of the atrocities committed by the Nazis during WWII have always affected me badly, in fact I've ended up hysterical after seeing photos of the death/concentration camps and those poor unfortunate souls they managed to save, my mother used to tell me that my fear of people wearing uniforms had her dreadfully concerned especially after my cousin joined the police force and he came round to see us in his uniform and apparently, though my recollection is very sketchy, I ran from the house screaming at the top of my lungs for him to get away from me, so that does add credence to the idea that I was still suffering trauma from a past lifetime.
I'll leave this here, I'm not saying this was definitely a past life experience, let's just say it's open for discussion.

I just did this meditation for the first time. I do your meditations about 3x per week and listen to you read chapters of different books daily. I would love to be interviewed by you some day. I have quite a journey to share. Back to the meditation though... It’s really easy for me to “drop in,” but not so easy for me to always control everything I see and as I would like it to be seen. (i.e. “look at the shoes you are wearing, or jewelry.”). My mind kind of takes me all over the place, but when you got to the end of the past lifetime I clearly was told “Stonehenge” and I saw beautiful green grass on a hilltop not far from the sea. Unfortunately, I was pushed over a cliff and fell to my death. This explains my fear of heights! Thank you Brian for helping me let these visions, memories and information come through.
I saw myself as a tribal leader Tlochne watching my tribe be burned down to the ground because alcohol was introduced to the tribe and it tore the tribe apart. The alcohol disconnected us from each other and from the divine. Destroying our spirituality in the process and allowing entities and low frequency spirits to take over our bodies. The disconnection I felt when the tribe was burning drove me to throw myself into the flames. As a leader I felt like I had failed my tribe and allowed this to happen.
During this process I was able to retroactively sit on a mountain with myself and erase what had happened to the tribe. I threw all the alcohol and destruction into a cosmic vacuum and transported the tribe to a ranch next to a waterfall somewhere in Costa Rica. After bringing the tribe and healing the destruction I gave myself a hug and assured myself that everything was going to be ok now. And we can work together to build a better stronger and protected tribe.

Listened for the first time this audio and anything from the Brian Scott channel...was still half asleep this morning when it had come up on my Playlist from last night...so I was only consciously aware of it at some point, I think at the start of the hypnosis guidance...and it had a fascinating power to it...it was very intuitive for me, in sync, and had joy-tears at the end before he even spoke of the joyous feeling...I loved it
The name was Felipe, I was riding on horseback with other men in what seemed to be new territories. We had just arrived from a long journey overseas and had brought withus animals and other goods for us to use. The views of the land looked amazing and plentiful, we were riding northbound to a settlement of some sort along this renound dirt road. I spoke spanish and was dressed in fancy clothes, long boots and a hat. Definitely lived during an old era. I lived in a abobe dweling with other people and was heavily influeced by religion. Not really sure how I died, I think I got sick. I felt lonely and missed my family back home overseas.
I must have been a conquistador of some sort. An early Californio.

This explains some things for me. I was a well off but not super wealthy business man in 1920s New York. When I looked for jewelry I wore no jewelry except there was a dark tan line where I had recently removed my wedding band. When I saw my hand there was an immense sadness. I wore very smart clothes and was in a train station boarding a train. There were visions of a young woman lying in a coffin. I was silent, there was no one around except other passengers and workers. I moved like a man carrying the world on his shoulders full of intense grief. Somehow I knew that I was going home to her funeral, that she was my wife and that we were deeply in love. In this life here and now there is this pervasive grief that has no explanation. Perhaps after some more times listening I can let this other life go. Hmm...

I really liked this. I admit I was a bit resistant at first but fell into it. Fell asleep towards the middle part. My question is with how you opened the hypnosis explanation, is this something that would be good to listen to multiple times or just the once and let it happen? I was in ancient times i had sandals on sheer short dress on and a little bit of armor i had bangle bracletts on and in that time i was a man. I saw myself swinging a woman around she had braided long brown hair and a beaitiful smile. I saw the sun and i saw water. I felt peaceful. I did have some audable voices. I also saw myself as a. Girl slave child in the south. Couldnt visualize my death in either time. Also saw my childhood dog dusty morph into a little egyptian boy we were children and ran hand in hand and it was the most amazing joyful feeling
I only got 20 min in before I started to recall memory of some place I couldn't see it clearly but the emotional aspect of it was clear. I could recall the level of love in such detail it was overwhelming and I could feel a sense of unity and togetherness that I have not seen in this incarnation. I got vague recollection of the place and it was so different than earth. The whole group of us where like vocalizing or singing to the sun and it was so beautiful. I recall that their was just so much joy and love we all hugged and sat in a tight group looking at a overlook or off a mountain with water or something and orange and red trees below it was hard to make out but the emotional expression was so different and intense it made me cry. I felt a great peace and love coming from a great family thier was no separate or different class it was unconditional love. The beings I recall where distinctly different than human and thier was a glow or light energy coming from somewhere in the group no words where spoke but this hum was coming from everyone and it was so beautiful. I have had vague recollection of this in the past but not like this. I was able to recall it and see it for short instances. The emotional aspect was do clear and it was so beautiful I want to experience it more. I felt at home at peace like I have never had in this life
I feel like it was not something I could feel on earth. It was like we where all connected and love was so freely felt that thier was no separation or anything just family
I am going to have to get someone to help me with past life regression hypnosis because I felt such a pull from this recall and it just feels like I will understand something that I have been seeking for so long. I have seen these beings on DMT and felt that level of love from them then. It's hard to recall exactly what they look like but they have a face of a dragon but with fur and look transparent or something with a shimmer or energy about them no wings and this recall I was able to see the backs of them but it is harder to recall but the emotional expression of love was the same that's what makes me feel they are the same more than anything. I remember on the DMT experience I felt it and they where telepathically open to me and wanted me to grow and be happy. They spoke of my energy centers and vibration and how I was of a higher vibration than the world around me. I want to figure out how to reach that level of love and harmony I experienced and recall now it's so beautiful and if we humans could feel it and be in unity like this I couldn't see how we could have wars or anything to hurt one another. Love is so much more powerful and deep then anything else love is everything we need.

Is is this a deep level like Dolores Cannon method or a light one? I just tried it and felt a lot going on, I was this gold tall creature with circles all over my body stepping with my large foot into space to somewhere else, then I kinda flyed straight down then I was whirling like feathers as if I am a strange bird then I saw a king I believe he was my father I had a fight with then I released him then I saw a lady smiling at me, it was a white place full of snow like the Eskimo ones then I was like a metal bird thing.... but mostly I couldn't see my face as if I was only watching or just being there... I felt good, like I had been upholding a lost understanding and connection even then. Like I was connecting more fully with who I was.
As I became older I became more and more alone, I felt the stress of my father and understood his pains even with a second kingdom as one for my sons and daughters. Nobody fully comprehended my foresight although it caused new tools of commerce to become favored. I felt not what to do to get to what I felt, but I know now.

i tried it for the first time and it's kinda hard to relax. I didn't any vivid images all I can see is darkness with blurry images. But I continued and I noticed that I can't feel any of my limbs but I am conscious. Since then, the clearest image that I saw was this bluish pink smoke or something. I believe I was in Greece brown leather strapy scandals cream toga gold rope belt I could see and hear the sea sitting on a wall up high. I felt a lady and heard the name afinne. There was a white horse we made our way down a hill to a small Dock. The number 16 came up there was a wedding and children laughing playing on a beach. Attempt one. Got to 15 minutes till I got interrupted. This is where I got to age 18. So my current brain remembers this. My issues started right there. The advisor in college put me in a too high math class based on my SAT scores freshman year. I failed calculus and calculus based physics. Disharmony in the family. I ended up graduating in economics and not engineering. The engineers I know work at Dept of environmental protection or Dept of transportation. I work at Dept of Treasury. We still vibrate similar enough that it doesn't really matter in the end. Like our lives are not that different. Just different departments.
Second attempt. Going back to age six, I realized someone in the house was someone who isn't alive today, my grandfather so I talked to him. He said his kids were really great kids and he should have been more loving. Going back I was a sirian female, possible early visitor to earth but separate from me. Like I didn't feel I shared her consciousness. But supposedly me. I asked if we were making progress with these lives and I wouldn't get an answer. She didn't seem to understand the idea that enough of us have to wake up to shift the consciousness of the planet. There are more ants and cockroaches than humans -billions upon billions and they're connected to source. She said if you studied geology instead of repeating in your head tasks you had to do, you'd see earth is pretty amazing already. So I asked what's the point of these incarnations. And I got just like we read a fictional story to occupy ourselves, when "I am" is reading the fictional story, the character becomes alive because of the nature of "I am." So here we are being those characters. I asked why he can't read more pleasant stories. A person waking up is like someone in a story instead of continuing the story, looking up at the reader and being like "hey there reader." I saw this indigenous person. Brazil maybe. That was me. I was holding a baby and the now me said why don't you come be with me now in 2020 and it said I am there and I realized it was my little sister in this life. Thousands of lives over time unnecessarily made unhappy due to not having the knowledge of law of attraction. Supposedly they tried to give us the knowledge of law of attraction. I was like what's up with all the texts mentioning hell and the dead human who had channeled it said I'm sorry but those people who provided that information were not nice. It might look like they were nice because they'd tell people to be truthful but people were so bad that even not nice looked good. Somehow telling people to try to stay connected to source so that this is a good experience and we could manifest other things just turned into ritual that was a chore and used to judge others. If we were vibrating high enough to have a great life here we wouldn't be able to have an experience with who we had an experience with.

I saw myself as a young girl on a farm wearing a white sleeveless dress with no shoes. I liked the feeling of my barefeet on the green grass. I looked around and saw two people come towards me dressed in country fashioned clothes a male and female. They held me hands and took me to a house near by and sat me at the dining table and the lady gave me a piece of cake. After eating I saw myself playing with blocks in the house. I liked being there and was thankfully to the man and woman. I didn't recognize them or knew where I was but I felt safe there.
Didn't listened to the whole video because something came up but so far when I was 18 I was in Greece, don't know the exact year. I saw a crowded place where people dressed in robes and a temple, there was a girl run towards me laughing like she is happy to see me. There is nothing wrong and that is completely normal, your subconscious may be protecting or reveal it at a better time. It may take you a couple times, you may have been incarnated in a place that is too difficult to remember with your senses. Whatever the reason no worries, it is all good.

Visualization isn't necessary you can receive memories as feelings, thoughts, impressions, song lyrics etc those are just as valid.
I agree ☝️ I do not have aphantasia, gratefully. However, more than I get actual visual images mine come as impressions like implanted descriptions in my “thoughts “ . This is also true when I do energy healing for others. Hang in there! The more you do the more you can let go of the idea it has to be visual and you’ll start to receive the information 🌈
I did this again. I seen so many things but didn't make sense. I've done this before and had a couple different things but they made sense. I remember being in my mother's arms I think 1800's. I remembered being at a horse trough with I think he was my brother. We were pulling grapes out of something. I remember seeing a funeral procession that was my mother who died. I don't know if what. At some point I was a man peering behind a pole not sure if time period but I had on black shoes and old clothes that were dirty. Another one I think was around the 1800's again but I came off a carriage by myself. I was very young and a lady was meeting me there and asked my name. I said Leisel. But I kept going back to the funeral and was so heartbroken. I was still sad when I woke up. 😞 I was just all over the place.

There really is no way to know for sure, I would however recommend investigating further into these ideas and exploring them, start seeing if what you are experiencing makes sense and lines up, also take time to view it introspectively aske your self things like can I learn anything about my current life and stuff, even if it is all made up if you learn something from it then it at least won't be completely in vain.

For me it feels different than say a daydream. Its not just seeing something but really experiencing it. I have past life memories without being regressed too. They are different. I can be doing something and they come in. Its cool.

My name was Ishmael, I only got reels of what seemed like a movie. A German soldier looking at me, 4 girls in their knees in the dirt in front of me, we were in a huge field with small buildings in the distance. I couldn’t get more than this though. My intuition felt that the women were about to be harmed, but I did not see this happen.
I was a black guy and lived in Africa. The group of men and me were fighting against a bunch of the lions with our spears while the lions were attempting to attack us so fortunately none of us got any injuries. After that the lions gave up and left. We were so relieved!
I saw square, fat feet--a baby's feet. Toddler. Standing on some rough moss because it wasn't as cold as the barren rock all around. Being barefoot in winter, I was surprised to be wearing a shapeless parka of blue wool, large black stitching on the edges--not as long ago as I thought.
My mom was behind me to the left halfway to a dark brown cabin. Over the smooth gray-with-black-stripes rock ahead and down a hill (I couldn't see the beach) was water. To the right were tops of brown buildings down the hill and men working together over there spoke instructions to each other in sharp voices.
I think I assumed I had black hair but it was short and blonde, sticking up in the breeze. Something scared me and I said, "Mamma!"
I don't think I lived to adulthood. Maybe it was me giving birth standing on that cabin porch, leaning on the rail, a woman behind me. But maybe it was my mom.
I couldn't understand much going on that a 2-year old couldn't understand. I really feel like I left that life with little understanding of anything.

I was a woman living in a village perhaps in the 1700s, and was a person very close to the Earth, like a female Druid, in a long, black robe. I went to a pub/gathering place, where everyone knew me, and I saw my great aunt there (my great aunt in this life)... I was alone. I also went to Dublin, IRL (I'm an American) on a short vacation - alone, for the first time in 2019, and I felt... Home.
But here is the weird thing... I had a distinct feeling... That it was also... My future.
I oftentimes tell a close family member that I want to be a hermit/farmer... And practice the Earth religions (I'm a Polytheist). Just want to be a crone who spends her time by the fire reading antique books. In perfect silence.
But even more important than that, that trip made me realize that the worries of the world have robbed me of laughter and joy. And that I really need to get back to organizing my life according to the seasons, and to commit to my hobbies and goals, and not allow life's problems to penetrate too deeply, with healthy outlets. So, out of curiosity, i tried this. I had quite the dream just mow. My dream meandered quite a bit. But just before I woke up, I was walking into this building square. And a woman I’ve never seen was walking across my path. She said something to me I can’t remember. So I looked at her. She had a little brother. With her. She was starring at me while the little boy ran off. She didn’t say anything.. she just stopped in her tracks She was blonde, white with a peachy glow. She was pretty, little plump, modest and pretty. Short. She had her hair combed back straight. Looked like a teenager to me or early 20’s. I starred at her so well, I vividly remember her face.

I always go back to some ancient time in what appears to be Egypt or Atlantis. I’m like a teacher or a priestess or maybe an information gatherer. I’m young and old at the same time. I enter this strange structure with strange symbols on the walls. It’s like a tomb but it’s not. I hear people saying prayers and then I’m sealed inside, like I’m being buried alive, but I’m not. It’s some sort of sensory deprivation chamber.

I didn’t saw much but i had the impression to be in ancient egypt and i saw a lion goddess. I think it was Sekhmet.
It was like watching a full fledged movie... Still wondering if it was real or just my imagination
I saw very abstract images that don't make any sense to me yet. But I was zinging with an electric energy the whole time and scared me a little and it only stopped after the meditation ended. But as soon as I came out I had an uncontrollable urge to cry and purge. Which started as soon as it stopped. It was a very strange thing. I don't know what to make of it.
It sounds like you travelled to a life in another dimension/planet.
