One of my now former scooters as of last night has 2 controllers, one for each motor. None of them are labled and I couldn't get into contact with the manufacturer for over a year now. The battery ened up sending sparks and shorted out upon disconnecting it. I'm now selling the new motors i bought for it, in total ive spent around 2,600 on it.
Damn that’s unfortunate. You’ve metered the lines to check voltage from the battery cables? I’d start there maybe you just had a spark, that can happen when connecting and disconnecting. If there’s no voltage on the lines you might have just had a fuse blow on the bms for the battery. Some have a quick blow fuse that you can solder a new one in. I’ve had success with replacing a couple greenworks battery fuses before.
Hi can you put a 1000w sinewave controller along side a generic 500w (kugoo m4) controller and run them both through a v889 sm connector display?
if the partner is the generic 500w and v889 throttle, then the 1000w will work on it, then should be fine, but I assume that the 1000w controller might only run on its 50% capacity, this is only my opinion as I have not done it personally
can i ask if this method can be applied for inokim ox controller 60v 21ah to have one more motor in the front?
you need another controller and hub for front, controller must same as existing one.

Hello, so the wires on my aftermarket controller only has the Green Black Red for throttle wires. But my QS S4 throttle has 6 wires: white, blue, red, green, black, and yellow. My problem is that I don't know what to connect the other 3 QS-S4 wires (white, Red, and blue) to because my aftermarket controller only has 3 throttle wire plug (Gr, Blk, Red). I do have a key ignition switch with volt meter display, which also has 3 wires (Gr, BLK and Red) jst plug. This was confusing me because the aftermarket controller does not have a three wire ignition key connection. I know that I need to modify this somehow. Could you please help? This controller is an aftermarket Kunray 48 to 72v 3000w controller and expensive. I don't want to return it, so i want to install it with help. I will be willing to pay you and venmo in U.S. currency or Zelle. Please consider helping me. Thanks

@@mskgenmer yes same Typ now I found the 3 cables that gives me the throttle signal. Can u explain how to connect a switch button? I have to cut off the signal with the button but how?
Am I right in thinking, if I did not want a on off switch for the seccond motor/ wanted it to just turn on with the other controller I’d just wire the two blue wires ( from both controllers) to the orange wire from the throttle?
I haven't finished the video but yes....also it could go the wires on the second controller that say something like "electric door lock" (so basically on/off , remote lock or unlock if you have a module, or whatever). The wise thing about his way is that this is now a very low voltage/low current switch. The other way would break the circuit at the controller and and probably more voltage rather than 1-4V which is at the throttle control....your preference. So 1)like in the video, no signal gets sent to the motor to spin, but the entire controller circuit is energized, 2)done how I described, the signal is sent to the controller, but the controller is not fully energized until the switch is flipped
@@Dlogreen i ended up just figuring out which wire powers it on and did a dual connector like that. Currently 20miles in now, through rain and sun and been working perfectly

Should i modify my battery? Because my battery is 48V 21AH, current 25A, my single controller is 21A.. if i add another same specs motor and controller, should i have higher current? Please help..
your battery is 25A max, just nice for your controller, if you want to change the controller to 25A, that's absolutely fine
is this the same method to follow for connecting dual motor with 2 YYK controllers?

I am going to use 60v 1100 watt kaabo dual motors with kaabo controllers on ninebot mqx g30e ii..... i saw some UA-camr use something called PCB box.... can you please explain it to me ,is it necessary or not?
you need to change the battery too. but in my opinion, placing a powerful controllers and motor in a entry level frame is not a good practice, Ninebot MQX G30e is designed for slow motor, I doubt it can withstand fast situation
ITS NOT SAFE AT ALL!!! My friend have ge30 ninebot and 10inc 850watt/1600wattt peak and bigger battery and controlers and it goes 55 to 60kmh and ITS nooooooot SAFE... It dont have any suspension and With this speed is very dangerous.... Its TOO MUCH FOR FRAME ...Just sayin

Dapat same lang. If wala ka mahanap, need to change both controller and throttle set, dapat kasi compatible.

Check wiring from throttle to controller. Baka nagkapalit yung communication. Or check din yung new controller if working talaga sya?

Boss tanong lang if ung mober x10 ko 1000W gawin kong dual Hub ung bago is 1200W with controller and throttle na compatible sa hub tapos ung 1000W hub ng mober ko gagawin kong 2nd hub na sya ano po sa tingin nyo?

My scooter is not working
I was driving it and it just turned off
I saw the voltage go down from 54 to 0 on the additional screen on my scooter I tried charging it and it only lets me use the scooter while it’s on the charger 🔌 and when I remove the charger the scooter dies

Your battery pack is faulty. There maybe bad cells or your BMS is faulty. Get a tech to repair.

I can’t find any repair guy who can fix it they keep recommending a new battery and it costs 115 dollars

Idol pwede ba ang controller ng zero10x 60v sa 52v na 10x plan ko kc magpalit ng controller,salamat
pwede naman, gagana yan, kaso check mo yung battery, kung 52V battery nang 52V10X, meaning FC nun is 58.8, then pag ginamit mo yung 60V na controller, normally battery dapat non 60V na FC is 67.2V. so meaning, kaunting gamit mo palang maglowbatt ka na, magcutoff na BMS ng battery mo, or yung controller mo, normally 49V cutoff na rin yon.
