I'm sorry to hear about your illness, My suggestion is to *improve mechanics* (crosshair placement, 1st bullet acc, etc.) In silver rank good mechanics have the potential to get you up all the way to plat. If that's not enough and you feel in your fights you 'panic' then, try understanding the game to a deeper level; the more you understand about enemy behavior (including utility), the more confidence you'll have when peeking or taking a fight. Hopefully that helps
That was one of my problems, not in this game as I've never played it. But I just did random stupid stuff until I told myself to stop playing scared, it's a video game, then I slowed things down and thought through things until I could make the calculations faster and faster, but it took slowing it down and not panicking like I'm going to die in real life. This guy's methods are sound. Also don't let teammates get in your head.

@@axelv525 idk abt the op part but for rotating i think he would have rotated at 32 js like the coach said bc kayo had dish cleared and there was no sound in a main whereas no one was checking b main. I would have rotated but they might have been waiting at a main and if i were in a game and that happened w me, my toxic randoms would have made me mute them ahaha
I would jump spot, it was the better option (in my opinion), you jump spot him, you know his location, pick op and prefire him and easy kill, thats what I would have done
