Watch while my mom and I handle taking care of a baby while running a business all together; we pack orders and run two embroidery machines at once! This is how we have been making extra money during COVID-19 quarantine.
Today we make a ribbon trim tutu :)
TULLE LENGTHS (WE USED THE 5-6 YEARS OLD SIZE IN OUR VIDEO):
0-6 MONTHS - 7 YARDS NEEDED - 12" LENGTH SO THE TUTU IS 6" LONG (14" LONG ELASTIC NEEDED)
9-12 MONTHS - 8 YARDS NEEDED - 14" LENGTH SO THE TUTU IS 7" LONG (17" LONG ELASTIC NEEDED)
18-24M - 9 YARDS NEEDED - 16" LENGTH SO THE TUTU IS 8" LONG (18" LONG ELASTIC NEEDED)
3-4T - 10 YARDS NEEDED - 18" LENGTH SO THE TUTU IS 9" LONG (19" LONG ELASTIC NEEDED)

Me encanta lo que hacéis madre e hija y en estos tiempos que corren es maravilloso poder llevar un pequeño negocio desde casa. Este sería mi mayor deseo. Os escribo desde España y aquí cualquier negocio que quiera emprender aunque sea autoempleo significa alta autónomo y muchos pagos de impuestos, así que hasta que no lo tenga más claro no me sé decidir. Estaría muy interesada en el nombre del canal de su madre. Así también lo puedo seguir en español. Aunque me va muy bien oírte Adelaida 😍 porque así también aprendo inglés 😅. Mi hobby es la costura y hace poco me regalaron la bordadora. Tengo las dos de Brother. La VQ2 máquina plana y la V3LE para bordar. What stitch length(s) did your mom use?

Why you cut 6 yards and then 6 yards and not the whole full 12 yards. Thanks
It's so that it would be doubled up..it is folded in half on the bolt and she wanted it to be thicker, which was 4 layers at once. If it would have been 12 yards at once it would have been thinner and more bunched up but it might look similar either way, maybe she can try both ways to see the difference.🙂

We buy it at local party warehouse where they sell things for MUCH cheaper than your local Joanns or Michaels and in BULK, I reccommend looking for party warehouses in your area (they might look a little sketch but they always have the ebst stuff). But you can also find bulk ribbon online at Kidscustomdesigns.com
