It's hard because we choose between Gods will and our will. Sometimes you have to die to self.
There is a stimulus that responds to us.
The devil is aware of our processes, so you have to be aware and be proactive.
Let's talk about - Pattern breaking -

What do we do?
Tips:
Take a moment
Give yourself time.
Take control over your emotions.
Talk to God but

Permission to feel
As we go, we tend to pass prayer, Bible etc. to the side.
Affirmations are powerful.
Sometimes we allow our anger to block us from what we need and THAT is where the enemy wants you.
Cultivate a relationship with our God.
If you don’t think you Hear him, what do you do?
Think about Esther
You’ll feel a lean, follow the lean.
Sometimes you can hear the Lord.
You can always make a choice; we just don't always know which choice to make.

Lean
God, if you make a mistake, ask God to please honor your efforts.
Make a move , take a step.
Fear hinders us sometimes.
You can learn good judgement.
