I don’t think anyone should be swimming while on their period (that too without a tampon) just as a common courtesy to the other swimmers. Please don’t be selfish and think about other people’s hygiene too. I wouldn’t want to be swimming in someone else’s bodily fluids. And no, swimming without a tampon/diva cup is a big no no, you may not feel the blood trickling down but that doesn’t mean it isn’t coming into contact with the water. I’m very disappointed to see a vlogger give out wrong advice without doing proper research and just going on hearsay.
I do that layering of two pads and trust me that works wonders for me! And if you often get rashes down there then use pure organic coconut oil and trust me you are gonna love coconut oil after this
