    Excellent insights and instruction, to be sure.
    Is such an amazing journey in the martial arts, and in Muay Thai ( Boran, Chaiya etc), how you can always continue to learn and gain in application and understanding of the art indefinitely, no matter how many years one has trained therein. The principles and concepts upon which the art is based can always be creatively worked with, the basics always further refined, the attributes maintained, and further developed, ad infinitum.
    Cheers for sharing the knowledge with the nak muay around the world.

      freddie mcduff Sorry to hear you did not have a great experience. Most instructors from experience are great people, you may have just had bad luck. Don't let it put you off, go and see if you can find someone else! Glad you enjoyed it!

      1507Lachlan he was a twat, i went for 4 years, he put me in for an interclub, sent his mate to oversee the people i did the interclub with, asked who did best his mate said me. then he put someone else in for a fight who got ko'd in round 2. he wanted me to go 5 times a week to do one fight even though a few of his fighters didnt beat me in a single round of sparring so i fucked off

    • @lukem2866
      @lukem2866 9 років тому

      1507Lachlan ive never heard of it aha, ive just googled it, theres one in bradford, i really cant stand bradford. it wasnt just competing i was being held back with my ability and its not fair to train people up and not spar with fighters although youre promised for months on end, id have gone back because i love thai boxing, but theres too much water under the bridge

    Master Toddy calls the art of redirection “The Cobra Technique” and he estimates that 80-90% of knockouts come by way of it. Using one powerful technique to make an opponent apprehensive of it coming again and then fainting with it again to use another technique and leave them blind sided by it.
