Ah... I remember being in the lowcountry where you could dig a hole or trench that easily. In these parts, better bring dynamite. Curious... What do you do when the pass-through point isn't anywhere near existing pipes, conduits, or other established ground bonds?
Those service loops and mickey mouse drip loops gave me anxiety. Then the ground block looks lopsided and why would you put the block under the entry point? I just dont get it
so this is a training video......fast set concrete was not mixed, so there will be set concrete mixed with power, making for a very poor base. the service loops looked like crap, the ground block was not even close to level, water will follow the cable, to the ground block and rot the connectors in a short period of time.
DemocratsArePoo you should always treat every house as it was your own I agree your cable work and ground wire was very sloppy. Spend a little longer on the job next time and remember hard work = a job well done.
You don't have to premix the concrete. the ground block did look crappy. I'm not sure the bottom of the dish meets the height requirement of 4 ft 5 inches.
Where's the desk with tonnage oh dc hit surrounding it that you have to install around, and where are the football sized rocks you had to rockbar out of the 3 ft deep hole to get 36 in. That's way overkill anyway
