Tom Greenwell is the Robert Mondavi of Kona coffee. I lived and worked in the Napa Valley wine industry for decades. Robert Mondavi (whom I knew well) took the approach that instead of competing with each other, local growers and family wineries should cooperate with other to boost quality and promote Napa Valley as a source of great wine.
