Yep, I'm with you on the skipping breakfast too. Breakfast is the most important meal to skip imho regardless of what folks have been taught. I been pretty big on the OMAD approach (One Meal A Day) and I feel better and more mental clarity. Thanks for the vid!

Yea! No problem. Don’t forget that you will put one week in the hole meaning that you’ll get paid starting your 2nd Friday in Orientation.

I'm about to be in contact with Schneider to start, how fast is the process to get out to the training? I was in talks with CR England and they would have me out on a Greyhound bus to Salt Lake on the 14th ( granted I live in Wisconsin lol, that's a 22 hour bus ride). They also don't pay for the first 10 days of training, as well they don't offer breakfast/lunch.. I looked up reviews and I'm heavily leaning on Schneider.
Also do they require you to have your CDL permit/DOT Physical before you leave for training/orientation?

The process took me 3 weeks because there were a lot of applicants. They require you to have your permit (I think most schools do unfortunately) but the DOT physical can be done on the first or second day when you get to training. If you don’t have your permit yet, go and study and get it knocked out before the 7th so you won’t be affected by the new rules

They will do drug testing and hair follicle testing typically within the 30 days before you start. If you don’t get them done before you get there then the will do them on the first day typically. It’s a Urine and Hair Follicle test
