Yikes! Not a fan of the pond or huge columns. Can’t imagine the ponds helps make this a forever home? “Same owner as Dolphin House” explains a lot. No overhead kitchen exhaust is a deal breaker. One huge redeeming feature- Killer vista! This home is for a specific buyer for sure.
I like the flagstone floors,the view and the entrance way. I would rent it out for weddings, parties and vacations. Honestly, I couldn't live there. You said that the space is large but everything appeared cramped and thrown together. The ceilings seemed a bit too low for me also. Nice house but not for me.

This place feels like High Hefner would have partied here. More hedonistic, less like a comfortable home.
Were the square footage used differently, there would be tons of potential for an updated luxurious abode.
Nice rental. I would make the outdoor bar-b-que a bit bigger than that little roll away. Was that Solar PV and Hot water? I thought I spotted it.
The 1980's live on! This house is extremely dated. The 'pond' is just so bad. No yard. Cramped laundry room. $5 million with that kitchen? That is not a kitchen fit for a $5 million home. Terrible lighting all throughout the house. So much dead space that is not used like; that indoor pond, the space between the kitchen island and the living room... That living room is tiny and uninspiring. That is not a $5 million dollar living room. Tiny bedrooms, large bathroom countertop with just you know, one sink.....Asking $5 million? Seriously? That house is not family/kid/pet friendly. The flooring is nothing to look at twice. I did not once during the entire video think, wow, never saw that before. Or, that is clever. Or, I want that. This is the least exciting $5 million dollar home ever?
I'm blown away! This home is beautiful! I would extend the lanai and give myself another 10' of sunlight, not sure why, I melt in the sun!?! I even love the weird blue counters!lol! Thanks for showing us this one!

Definitely not suitable for living with small children, there is nowhere to play. In addition, this strange layout - a lot of free space upstairs and a real labyrinth of corridors and not very large rooms downstairs. Apart from the central part, of course.
And imagine coming home after a good dinner and a few BIG drinks... After opening these beautiful, copper doors (they really are original), going to the living room can become an "adventure of a lifetime" for you! 😛

I absolutely love it, but for that price. You think it would come with a gym? So the visitors would have a place to work out for the cost. It costs to rent it per night.
