@@davecordnerairbnbcoach human nature, if I have to stay a week or two in a New town, I'd like to enjoy new places and sensations a bit of glamour and/or playfulness. On the other hand, if I have to live for a few months in a new town, I'd like to live in a place to somehow call home, cozy, eye-resting, not too complicated, welcoming, comfortable. In my experience, it works, we own and put o short term rentals 11 properties, all different and unique and colour palettes play a big role in fitting the kind of clients we want each place to be rented by. Is it different in your experience in Belfast?

Hi Dave, just wondering if I was to give Airbnb arbitrage a go but also have the property managed by a property manager would it still be possible to turn a profit? Obviously this method would mean paying both the landlord and the property manager. Thanks
It is possible but it doesn't leave much. The owner gets their guaranteed rent. Then the manager would be taking their commission of the total revenue (before rent is taken out) so it might not leave much for you. Depends on were the property is and how much it's generating.
