@@Bipprz ihave 15K subs in less than a year for starters... second i said it properly so not sure what ur talking about...
After seeing your previous build video I made an "inspired by" design in CBT3 but used some square foundations as well to avoid the stair clipping which drives me crazy. That ended up making the base about 1 and a quarter times larger which felt massive, your design already has plenty of space and flexibility. I think this time around I'm just going to bite the bullet and deal with the stair clipping. Really hope we eventually get stairs that work with the triangle pieces without clipping or massive gaps in the floors.

Can't wait until we can really do some work to these bases with wall paper. The fly mode is great.
3x3 grid cube grow op no longer works. The sprinkler will hit everything but they placed a set limit on grow lights. the maximum amount of plots one light can do is 6. Lights also won't penetrate more than on level. Based on my testing. Best setup now seems to be 6 planters on one side with 1 light and 6 planters on the other side with 1 light.

So I started playing once it was released and went for an octagon base. Didn't think of making an outcropping for my turrets the same as you did. Admittedly I am really low level and not unlocked them yet.
I was planning to build a platform from the second level for the turrets to shoot down, but not sure how well they will be able to aim down and such.
@@sonicx059 by the time u get all 12 on bottom setup u won’t need a second tier lol the first row handles them all fine lol and I’ve done max level cortex’s and 40 all at once

how do you get that storage rack for crates? i cant find it 😭
I've only done it once for cortex extraction. I put the resonator on my roof. There was -no- stairs or any way to normally get up to it without jumping on things to get there. I did just a single extraction to get my first one done, but I had no problems doing it. Just one flying deviant appeared during it. None of the deviants got up to it, since they could not get there. But, I just did it once. I will test it out to see what happens with this defensive setup.
ive tested it with almost a full 40 stone extractions tier 2 and 3 and its held off everything with minimal effort on my part.
@@Glitchiz Yea, I tried earlier putting five tier 1 stones in it. I don't have a full ring of turrets, so, my auto defenses are lacking, but I was able to hold off the waves, many of which were flyers, but none came up to the top of my house to attack the resonator. I did lose a few walls of my house, but they were not highest tier material.
Lol my base must drive you crazy it's a mini city & stuff is all over the place. Can't wait for the deviant vid... realized I'm missing the cute black cat when I saw it so I better get on it >.
cute black cat is called "enchanting void" u get it as a random luck drop from defeating the secondary statue room boss in Silo Theta on PvE servers only. if your PvP then it will be Dr. Teddy. :)
i wasn't lucky enough to get the sulfer to acid, but i did get stardust to acid, as well a stardust mine. so maybe that plus waterpump would work
yeah and def go to the area i mentioned its filled ot brim with startrace ore u can get hella stardust for conversion from there

@@rebornspirit1047 yeah its a pretty poular spot. u could always try changing worlds on the same server to see if one has open spaces thats what i had to do.
please make a video tutorial to do all the wiring and switching for the electric part
Very good. I have a question, though: Since your power management is so organized, couldn't you theoretically make your turrets use up all of your 300+ watts, and just turn off all other switches when you are doing an extraction?
that is exactly correct, and what we do everytime we do an extraction. with this setup u can practically afk and ur turrtes do 99% of the work for you even at the highest tiers lol.

@@xxphantom93xx61 possibly all u do is use allot of power connection nodes in corners etc to hide wires
@@Glitchiz yeah I spent 2 hours stopping the video when you were aiming at the corners and I kinda emulated your setup xD I have not so much power so I will put more turrets when I unlock the research. The thing that I don’t understand are the blue cables coming from the rain collectors to the water tanks. When I try to use X the game says that I’m not allowed to attach wires on that structure. Any idea why?
@@xxphantom93xx61 that’s because it’s not a wire it’s a pipe there should be two options x is for wire, v is for pipe I believe

Holy crap how did you do that wiring!?!? I have no idea how to 1) get them not to be sagging in the middle of the room and 2) have the various groups connected to switches.
its all about hiding the connectors. so i have 1 or 2 key little power connector points. and once i consolidate a bunch of wires into just 1 of those connectors from there i run just 1 single line to the switch so its not crowded. there will alsway be some saggingsometimes but thats why i hide the connector points in wall corners or along support beams to u dont notice them as much

its called metal shelf and its just a random formula u find out in the wild. complete RNG so just loot every dumpster, chest and garbage can you see and hopefully u eventually get it lol

How did you get structures to go past 700?
The best defence is building in side water....they can't even come closer so no much power needed for guns

U can also use hive and mid car for defence saving main electric power
One generator each (30 power*2) gave u 10 high lvl guns at least

Of the house without the "farming room" coz of territory restrictions but I will soon expand as I get more resources I also plan to add a garage of sorts to the base... I wanted to ask you how did you get the shelves to put your storage crates on? Is it a memetic i haven't seen yet or did you find the bp in the wild?
hi ! how could you exceed the 700 limit structure construction ?
in beta there were hive territory terminals that gave u more space. not sure if thats in full release anymore
With the season reset, does that mean you'll build this all over again every 6 weeks?
nope! u can save your base as a blueprint. which will allow u to instantly rebuild everything automatically after reset. if ur low level and dont have the requred mats it replaces ur materials with lower level ones temporarily but the core structure itself will remain all the same :)
Quick one. Are your doors automated with power or not?
Trying to get the auto doors hooked up with power but they seem to bug out
im using manual im not a fan of the automated ones and yeah they do seem buggy this beta

How do u have enough structures to add to many fences? Not sure what I did wrong
expand your territory at the terminal after u unlock the proper memetic. should increase your max build numbers

See, i have a massive base ....i have all 20 deviant containers ...i have 30 -40 chests and so on.
i want to build a new base now ....how do u do it?
Do u take all ur chests with ur farmed stuff each one by hand ...and place it somewhere outside in safety?
Cuz when u just destroy them, the stuff is gone, or? 🤔
@@GeorgeJung19856 u can do that or u can just destroy them as well. I believe any crates broken down with supplies in them goes automatically to your territory terminal vault. I typically never risk it though lol and I just stack them all up on a single foundation lol
@@Glitchiz yeah, i just placed EVERY chest on a small foundation ...building the new base did cost me the hole day :D ...
They should add a "destroy base and keep chests" option :D

I did reach the 700 construction parts limit today, i just cant build "house parts" anymore ... but i would have to do minimum 200 more :D .... Is there anything i can do?
get to next phase?, reach level 50? (im 45) ... enable a memetic? ...anything? ...or 700,... and thats it?

Any idea where you found the blueprint for the storage box shelves?
its totally random. i got mine from a random container inside a silo but ive heard people getting it in dumpsters and all over. its totally random
@@Glitchiz RNG must hate me.. I've cleared every town and silo, but no shelves.. The shelves just make it look so much nicer!

you Acid peak you got- what lvl is it on the tree 35 right ?
It’s any level I re rolled mine on 35 I believe but I had the option for it as low as lvl 15 when I first missed it
