Regarding jealousy, not all Nigerian men are overly protective some are liberal and they let you have your time and space but don't abuse it. So don't generalize, likewise they cheat so much that is not correct as well.
Why would a man cheat on his lady if he loves her? If a dude cheats on his wife ' lady and she does the same he has no right to be cheesed off. That's called reciprocation.
Many true facts, but I disagree with the issue of cheating. I can never cheat and non of the people I call my friends can ever cheat on their wives. People cheat (male and female), but not everybody. I agree with most other things you said. I watched my mother labour so hard to see me become somebody in life, so I can't watch a lady disrespect her. And in like manner, my wife is me, so my family dare not disrespect my wife, they won't even, because it's not in them. I am so favoured.
Your generalizations are good. However, humans are not stone and can be influenced. This applies to all men and women. You can get your Nigerian husband to be romantic if you approach him the right way. Work on becoming his friend. When you are friends with a person, you are able to bear your heart. You can do it with a little humor, with vulnerability. Maybe it's because I am a Christian. However, I think this can work for anyone. Nigerian men are capable of intimacy. If you cannot be intimate with someone, then I am doubtful if there is love in the picture. The same applies to infidelity. I am a Nigerian man. I do not cheat! Sexual intimacy is sacred for me. You are right that promiscuity is pervasive among Nigerian men, however you are wrong to accept it, or believe it is inevitable. If you value yourself and know how to conduct yourself, you will end up in a relationship that is sacred and noble.
When you started naming things in the beginning I knew you was going to say Nigerian men are not the type to do that lol I been dating one for 8 months now and whew I love him tho he does show me he care about me alot
All these descriptions of yours about a Nigerian man look like a lion or a territorial animal who just wants to be in charge and be protective. As per cheating every man likes to open their eyes on another woman and perhaps its ancestral thing. But not all men cheat sha
It’s soooo funny how when you named all the things Nigerians would ‘not do’ you’re super descriptive about each actions but when it comes to what they ‘do’ it’s so vague, real man, strong man, show up? Lol All the things you said in the beginning is what I think makes a ‘real man’. In all, Nigerian men should do these things to a wife because it’s needed in a relationship.
Hi Patootie! I think this may be dependent on the individual man. My fiancee is Yoruba and he is good in all these areas. When he waa here he didn't want to be away from me for a second. He even went to the salon with me 😂 I told him that's not normal in the States. I told him when I get there I don't want him to follow me around 😂. I agree about the mothers! When he told his parents that he is dating someone from the States they were worried because they thought I was white 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@patootie He's the best!! If you can do a video or a post about finding a job there that would be so helpful in the future. I have found that googling has not been very effective because all of the posts are old. Would you say it is easier to apply in person? Do you need connections? I didn't think it would be this difficult. Help sis!!
@@classifiedinformation3576 I’ll do a video about that, but quick tip, if u re looking for a government parastatal job, well that’s entails having connections nd online registration, but if u can work for private firms, it’s actually easy, u can just dress up nd walk in to companies nd submit your credentials, if you are lucky to meet the HR nd a position is free, you get interviewed immediately and might get the job. Applying in person really works here in Ibadan for private organisation and firms.

In fact this is a better description on my opinion, Nigerian Men re Territorial and protective, nd most times it’s not a bad thing.

Hahaha the intro 0:00 to 1:50 of the video makes me laugh so hard.
😂😂😂😂
Thanks for the advice keep it up 👍
We are cheaters? Could it be because our culture allows men to have more than one wife? I like the video and the content.
Yeah. It could be a cultural thing, it already seems like a norm here
Side chicks do not equate to wives.
Lying about the escapades makes you a cheater. Honest open relationships do not require deception.
