Not to offend anyone, but I was born baptist and grew uo in a National Baptist Convention Baptist Church but now i go to a Pentecostal church and its sooooo much better. You can't think this is exciting..

But I don't consider no domination because we serve as the same God....So in other words again I say that is so true!!!!!
What are you talking about??? The National Baptist Convention is the oldest and largest African-American religious convention in the world!!!!! What do you mean by your statement: "Baptist people...who are they?" We (Baptists) are Christians foremost...denomination means nothing...holiness is a way of life and I am so tired of people putting up denominational walls as if one is "more holy" than another!!!!! Denomination is gonna send more people to hell than we will ever know!!!!!

I cant stand when people try to say other folks are doing it wrong because people dont do it like their church. How do you know YOU aint doin it wrong? Not tryin to win. I will say this...these people have BELIEVED in/on the Lord Jesus Christ and have accepted Him as Saviour and Lord. We should be encouraging these new converts instead of arguing over the declaration of their faith. The most important part is not the baptism but the BELIEF(Mark 16:16)
Somebody has yet to show me where in the bible that these new converts are not saved and hellbound for following Matt 28:19...I baptize in the name of Jehovah the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, by the power of the Holy Ghost...and the converts are SAVED...not because of how they were baptized but because they BELIEVED(Mark 16:16)
Okay...I believe and practice the whole bible...show me in the Bible where people are not saved because they are baptized either way...the fact is these people have accepted Christ and we are debating the formula...the baptism is great but the act of belief and acceptance is the important element. At the end of the day God gets all the glory
Actually in this present age of grace, according to Ephesians and our Apostle to the Gentiles - Paul, there is only One Baptism - See 1st Cor 12:13 - That is being baptised by the spirit of God into the Body of Christ. The Acts 2:38 Baptism was for Israel and pertained to the Gospel of the Kingdom - Not the Gospel of the Grace of God.

In that case we as Christian have just proved the bible to be in error. If Matt 28:19 was changed..then what else has been changed in the bible. What's the real truth? and what credibility is the Encyclopedia Britanica. Its a secular book used to discredit a sacred one.
first of all it does not matter what scripture you use to baptize people with as long it is in the name is Jesus Christ and getting people to him then you can use acts 2: 38 or Mathew 28: 19. so cameronjennings5 you are WRONG. Not the preachers for even Christ said "go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations baptizing them in the of the Father, Son and of the holy spirit" thank you very much.
Well that comment about denomination sending people to hell was not directly addressed to u unlike your statement towards me...but it's all good!!! But putting down a group of people based upon denomination makes u no better than people during slavery & segregation...even people now who still judge people based upon the color of their skin!!!!! With that being said, just remember it's all about lifestyle & not denomination cuz we all gonna be together as ONE when we get to heaven!!!!!
