You are indeed a sharp one Kelz. 🧠😊 Kind of made me miss summer days of reading outside ngl. :p I felt the book did a good job of weaving different interconnected narratives to give you an overview of the different social strata of that time and place. The prose wound up being a bit drier than I thought it would be, especially the dialogue which felt quite formal at times. But overall it was a worthwhile and interesting read.
Oh wow!!! I’m glad you thought it was an interesting book! Sometimes formal dialogue can definitely feel a little dry, but sounds like a one of a kind read! 🥹 and of course i remembered!!!
