I'm glad you like it, and indeed, these passes are pure joy to ride. Especially during the week when there aren't a lot on the roads. Can't wait to start the riding passes this year. Thank you for watching 👋
Thanks for watching, glad you like it. Indeed there are really nice places to ride. I hope you'll enjoy your stay and the weather will be fine. Ride safe!
Thanks for watching 👋. I'm glad you had such an awesome experience riding theses roads. It's really great riding in this area. Glad you liked the video too, thank you 😊
Thank you, I think it would really be a pity just to race in such sceneries. I'm really glad you like this kind of videos and hope you'll enjoy what you see. 👋
About an hour ride from my house! Switzerland is truely a motorcycle paradise. Swiss laws about public photography are rediculous..but experiencing the alps on a motorcycle is priceless. Anybody need some local tips feel free to ask..
That is one incredible road. The sky looked amazing the whole way around too. I'll have to get a ferry some day and get me and my bike over there. Nice crew you had there also! Whats the best time of year to go over on a bike? Found you through Mr Hippo-Drones Q&A by the way :)
Thank you 👋 I really like the work of Hippodrome, indeed. Best time for riding passes is late June to mid September. It depends how the winter was in then the mountains. That’s why late June.
what a beautiful day amazing video. I have to drive through this pass. many thanks for sharing. when is the best time to go as I mentioned it far from Switzerland.
Hi Marina_78, 1st thank you very much, for the sub too. I appreciate it very much. Then, best times to ride these passes is from July til September. June is a bit tricky, because it is possible that there is still some snow on the passes. But watch the weather!
Thank you! Nice Video, unfortunately you couldn't ride in the best weather. I like the Ofenpass very much, it's a chilled riding. I usually ride it when I'm going to ride the Stelvio pass.
Pas de problème, je comprends un petite peu de français ;). Aussi pour moi, le Ofenpass c'est une des meilleures route de col. Merci pour regarder mes video 👋
Hi Owen, glad you like it. Well riding this two passes from Innertkirchen to Realp will take about 1 hour riding time. Here a overview, map goo.gl/maps/KMyFSwtHV2M2 Thank you for watching and I wish you an awesome trip and good riding weather. 👋
Hi Francesca, I'm glad you liked it, thank you. I'm using a Drift Ghost S. this video is made with footage from it. Since autumn last year I got a Drift 4K too.
Hi, Thank you for watching, I'm really appreciating it. I'm using a Drift Ghost S and I'm recording at 1080p and 60 fps. The footage for this video had Scene Mode Normal and Bitrate Normal. I changed these settings last spring to Scene Mode Vivid and Bitrate High. Unfortunately Drift isn't selling this camera anymore. The successor, the Drift Ghost 4K, raises some mixed emotions. I hope this answer helps you 👋
for sure ... thank you for your kind words! Swiss Alps are the most beautiful and at the same time the roads are best maintained and friendly to motorcyclists ... this year in spring I traveled through the Austrian Alps from Innsbruck through Tyrol to Linz - of course by car - so I have a comparison ... I am 60 years old and I drive Yamaha xv1600 - 1400 km from Poland to Switzerland on a motorcycle is too much for me ... on the other hand, renting a decent motorcycle in Switzerland is a big cost for the old Polish pocket ... my family lives on Lake Lugano, so maybe in this life I can manage it somehow organize - I wish you a wide road and rubber lanterns ; -]
Yes renting a bike in Switzerland is expensive, I had to rent one on my own for some days. For that cost I could have booked 2 weeks vacation. But how about renting a bike in Italy, Austria or Germany? Or are there trains transporting cars and bikes, called motorail or car-sleeper train?
Unfortunately, not every car-sleeper also takes away motorcycles too. The only such connection that can be useful for me is the train Vienna - Feldkirch. Where's the other half of the way? Rentals outside of Switzerland have slightly lower prices and they are quite far away .. If health allows me maybe I can rent a motorcycle trailer or a van
What a great pass and a sunny, not too busy day... fabulous 🤘
I'm glad you like it, and indeed, these passes are pure joy to ride. Especially during the week when there aren't a lot on the roads.

Nice to see someone actually enjoying the road and the scenery, instead of just racing with focus on the next curve.
