@@BrittnisZoo are the twitchy nippy types of snakes? I’ve never owned one and I’ve seriously wanted one for so long. Lol I’m 38 and have always wanted a snake but just never have. That snake was gorgeous.
Nice tour, got some nice set ups there, plenty of enrichment and stimulation for them, nice to see. I've done most of my reptiles bioactive now and they love it.
I love it! I keep getting suggested your stuff on IG and FB and it's good! How do you only have 90 subscribers on this channel? I feel like once it takes off it will really take off, keep up the great content
I’ve thought about that too! He actually is on no heat right now to keep his temps cooler. So far, with regular misting his enclosure temps haven’t been too high, but I check it frequently! Thankfully he’s also in the coolest part of the room too (the air vent is near there). Thank you for the suggestion though! I’ve definitely thought about. Sadly his attitude won’t get better- he’s a former breeder and he sees everything as a mate or an enemy
the enclosures where you use tupperware as water bowls, when you change the water, des everyone have their own water bowl or do you mix them up? Also would for example giveing one of the bigger snakes the waterbowl of the leopard gecko work as enrichment or the snakes already smelling all the other animals in your reptile room?
Yes everyone has their own bowls/they are labeled with sharpie on the bottom. I don’t like to mix bowls just in case one of the animals has some unknown illness/parasites/mites etc. although I quarantine them and monitor them, it’s just an extra precaution
Incredible setups and care! My mom and I have a bunch of snakes, while my sister has only a bearded dragon who lives in her room and he HATES when any of us come by holding a snake. He doesn’t mind the cat or dog being in the room but snakes are a huge no in his eyes
Haha my dogs are not allowed in the reptile room for that exact reason. I will say, I catch the tegu eyeing the dogs more often than they do him though 😂
@@BrittnisZoo oh trust me I get it lol when I had even just my retro game room I didn't even allow them in there except supervised visits you know how animals just love to get into everything. It's actually really amazing how much personality reptiles can have!
It’s a highly specific answer and 1000% depends on the individual keeper. Some questions to ask yourself… what size are you comfortable with? (Not just small, medium, large) actually know what a 2-3 foot snake looks like versus a 5-6 foot snake. Do you want something active or something chill? What size enclosure can you afford/fit into your space? How much do you want to spend on an animal? Etc. I could do a whole video on it!
Why don’t you out Merlin on too Of boom boom also get a stand for your crestie? That way the only animal opposite is nocturnal So he should be sleeping and he can’t see the snakes either?
That’s a good idea! Unfortunately Merlin’s enclosure needs to be replaced and I’m scared if I lift it off the ground it’s all going to crumble down! Once I get a new one that’s probably the plan!
Yeah, really it’s just the lizards and one snake, but when one of those lizards is the size of a chihuahua it makes it seem like more 😂😂 that’s reptile keeping for you though! They are all different
These enclosures are so elaborate and well done! Impressive!
Thank you so much!
Very nice ,Love the set up ,top notch 👌🏽👌🏽
Awesome Reptile Room! I like the salvaged scrap Tortoise enclosure!🐢
Thanks! I was pretty proud of my diy skills there 😂
The first snake “zero” was absolutely stunning! Wow 😮 instantly fell in love with that snake. The colors are amazing. How big will zero get?
He’s a little small because he had some eating issues when I first got him. But usually around 3-4’ they are a smaller king for sure!
Also an extremely underrated species! I think I talk about that in my “meet all my reptiles” video

I liked E.coli Lou's enclosure the most! I learned a few things from this video as well. Thank you.
your set-ups are actually so beautiful
Thank you so much! That means the world! They were a lot of work, but I’m happy with them! They aren’t perfect but that’s fine!
Well done!

Great Video Such cute Reptiles
I love your custom backgrounds! Very nicely done.
Thank you so much! These were the first ones I ever attempted, so I’m pretty proud!
Beautiful collection!!
Amazing room. You will take much time to decorate and clean everyday
very nice Tour

Thank you so much! I’ve been bad about keeping up with YT but I’m hoping I can get the hang of it 😂
nice tour. cute pets.
Very nice video and keep up the good work 🙌🙌
Thank you so much!
I would suggest moving mack into your office as well since crested geckos prefer cooler temps as well and it might calm him down a bit?

That’s crazy that he knows the difference!
You should look into getting a carbon filter/inline fan combo, it'll keep your room smelling fresh for years.
I will! But I fear I might be drawing too much power already. I already had to hire an electrician once 😂
@@BrittnisZoo Yeah, that is a great point! Gotta stay safe with electricity, and these reptiles use a fair amount.
This is my 1st time watching your Because I love animalsvideos And I Because I love Cause I love animals Even though I just started watching it
You have a nice room
was those dubia pvc easy to put together ?.enclosures look great
.
Where did you get the enclosures from and stands with the 50 gallon tanks
Awesome fresh blood 😂😂😂
How do you mount a basking/ heat source in the 36x18x18 enclosures?
I have a video on this!
You should make a video on bioactive enclosures ! 😊
I miss having chameleons, this was rather impressive lol and my cats would love to sit and watch all those reptiles 🤣

Do a Western Hognose Snake Care Guide Or Ball Python Please or Both 🎉❤😅
I’ll try! I’m not the best at care guides!
Where do you get that big enclosure for your tegu ?? And good video I love your set up and animals ❤
It was made custom by a local keeper! He doesn’t make them anymore unfortunately
Where’d you get the tegu enclosure from?
It was custom made
How did you do your lighting inside?
I actually have a video up about how to hang it and the products I used!
How do you clean snake droppings in a cage?
I spot clean, basically I just scoop it out regularly and deep clean every few weeks
@@BrittnisZoo do you use isopods or what?
Some of them are bioactive, yes! Spot cleaning daily helps a lot too
@@BrittnisZoo So you clean it yourself and stick with Isopod as an alternative?
I have a question what’s the best beginner snake as a first snake to get

The other issue is I plan to get some larger animals and the only place they will fit is on boombooms enclosure 😂
@@BrittnisZoo you’re going to have to dedicate a blank wall to Merlin 😂
Why was the video so short? Bummer we didn’t get to see anything
It’s 21 minutes long?!? 😂😂
omg
bp found in a toilet omg poor snake I ❤ ball.python s
We should colab I have a lot of replies
Kind disappointed to see so many fake plants but otherwise very cool
There’s no way I could keep live plants alive, my animals are too active. I’ve tried 🤷🏼♀️
Nice alterna
It seems like you have a lot of animals that are mean to you. I have the same issue with my kids
