If you’re a 9 in women’s and you change ur gender to female just leave it as is. It will convert on its own for the shoes you want to try for. Most of the time you have to select your size again anyways

yea you need different phone #'s, they verify the phone number when you login. and if you use the same phone number on a new device then it just knocks you off of the old device and so on.

if you selected 10 as your preferred size and have your gender set to women then it would think you are trying for a 10 in women of that nike sb shoe. But in reality, you get to choose your size again before you purchase, it's pre-filled but you can change it to double check the size.

If ur lucky enough to WIN multiple pairs of same sneaker u would be under contract to pay for each identical pair. Don't fret.
