Great demo, thank you so much, so subtle . Loved seeing your palette, seeing how your tonal differences are so slight on the palette before you apply to the work.
Wow, so happy I just found you. Love the way you explain your steps & your honesty. Yes , I am grateful to those who tell me that I’m off here or there. I have only one question, a subject that I need to practice . What colors did you mix for the shadow of the tree and would it be the same as the shadow on the side of the cement wall leading to the door ? And which green do you have on your palette? thank you from Quebec,🇨🇦

This is more a therapy session what a calming lovely painting process and beautiful painting

Fantastic lesson demo. Thanks for putting your time into this work. Best takeaway for me is “not to jump from one paint mix to another”
Nice. Sitting here in New Zealand on a cold winter morning, having breakfast and watching your video.
Sitting here in Quebec in my air conditioned kitchen because of a stifling two weak heat wave. 😅
Thank you Colley. Learned a lot
Very painstaking with a great deal of patience and care. Good example of really enjoying the act of painting
Likely the best 58 minutes I've spent at work this week
Glad to be of service.
I did enjoy watching this.

Sorry for the late reply. French ultramarine blue, permanent alizarin and a touch of yellow ochre.
I use Pthalo Green.
