It's either that Kamito has become really confident with girls after all those years or, he's just become crazier because he is acquainted with a bunch of crazy girls.
He wasn't sane in the first place. It's just that he doesn't stay silent and polite and then let his crazy side burst out freaking people out like in the past when he played with Higuchi Kaede and freaked her out with his nabe rap.
I think its worth noting that even though lisa changed her banner as soon as kamito pointed out they were matching, she later switches it back anyways lol.
