While I agree on Chytils benefits I think you’re downplaying the impact Rempe can have. The canes don’t give up the blueline easy so there’s going to be lots of dump and chase. Rempe makes those players retrieving the pucks nervous, even just 7mins TOI he lines up 1 big hit on the forecheck and the defenders are worried the rest of the game. You can see it in almost every game he plays when he doesn’t get ejected. That small delay by the defenders results in coughed up pucks more often. So while CAR may be fast, Rempe can still have a large effect. if we take him out, who’s doing that hard forechecking? Laf?

Trouba doesn't look right out there. Thinking he is playing hurt.

There is no planet where Rempe is better than Chytil. If you want to win a cup you put your best players out there. The revolving door should be between Vesey and Rempe. I like both of them, but these two can be used interchangeably depending on the shape the series takes. I just can't see Rempe out there in the ECF or SCF playing only 5 minutes in the 1st and 2nd, while riding the pine for the 3rd. I'd like to see more balance throughout the entire 60 minutes. Either way, I trust Peter L's decision and won't second guess it.

don't forget the Bruins in Stanley Cup finals in 2011 came back from 3-1 down to win the stanley cup it has been done before, but it will be tough

I am worried if they have to much rest cause If we play the canes they know the tempo will be faster and it might take the alittle bit to get going but when they do get going I have alot of confidence in my boys.lets go rangers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worry about Trouba. Yes, he was good in the series against Washington, but they where a slow team. Carolina will be much faster and that has caused problems for Trouba as he is a slower player. He got exposed last year against the Devils. Have to wonder that if Trouba does struggle, do you have him sit and put Jones in?

You play Chytil in the first game back and make adjustments. He’s too good to keep out if he’s healthy and in shape.

Chytil should not be inserted into the lineup. You think the crowd would go crazy if Chytil is in and Rempe is out your not a true fan.

Surprised you guys are this high on Rempe. He barely played took 3 penalties and people talk about his physicality but he was at the worst end of a majority of the big hits and the few hits he did have they were penalties. Hes going to be an absolute liability if he’s playing against the hurricanes
