@Stacey - many tx once again and I'd like to understand if I've finally got this. This past Friday Gold opened at 2304.33 and closed lower at 2301.81. Does this mean that Friday was a First Red Day for Gold?
how do i differentiate between a down close day and a FRD.... peak formations?
For FRD: When the day 1 pump begin, does it necessary for it to close above the open ?

19:19 there was a first red day on Thursday on previous week on pump side.. Why didn't you consider that one as FRD and what is that confirmation on Monday inside that box... Ty for the content can you please explain my query 🙏
How do you filter out the (fake) reds day because sometimes the red days are re-tracement days?
Look for lower lows on the inside and trapped traders if there is going to be a FRD reversal. Otherwise go for a swim, run or bike ride
If this happens every week y not show most current week? Or does this not occur every week? Looks interesting

Please anyone critic the following. I trade ny session This is my process in no mrn days. 1. Look at overall.template Monday or Tues ib Wed midpoint
2. See if fgd frd 3d longs or shorts.
3. B4 NY session open Mark levels hod lod
4. During NY session Mark levels of 1st hr 2nd hr
5. Look for hod lod sell buy if frd fgd sets up.
6. If fgd frd was in Asian or London session watch price possible reversal pnd or dnp
