Resiliency is about both the land AND the people

As we see more frequent and ongoing droughts, flooding, fires...and more and more conversations revolving around "resiliency", how do we make sure this conversation also incorporates things like access to childcare, healthcare, rural schools staying open? Ranchers and farmers, and anyone else for that matter, depend on these things just as much as resilient ecosystems which they're a part of. You bet it's all connected.
