47826 at Lancaster - 24th February 2024

West Coast Railway Co's 47826 heads north through Lancaster on the morning of Saturday 24th February 2024 whilst working a railtour from Bristol to Carlisle. The train is slowing down ahead of a booked locomotive change at Carnforth a few miles along the line where a steam locomotive would take over for the run up to Carlisle. "Bodysnatcher" 57314 is tagging along on the rear to provide heating to the MkII D/E "coffin" coaching stock which was required due to the ORR throwing a wobbler over older coaches operating without Central Door Locking...
I was in Lancaster for D213 coming through on a charter with this being a nice bonus :)
