Thanks for doing on an outdoor burner! I have the exact same one. I will say, each time is an adventure though. It takes practice to get used to the speed and working the heat. When you wok toss I see you trying to catch a little flame right? This for me where the “wok clock” is a must. I’ve done it without the wok clock and inevitably I forget something or put something too late. It’s a skill for sure!

Got some prawns from lillys vegan pantry and i might make this tonight if i can get some thai basil from work
Also would use veg stock and my vegan fish sauce I make, I have a recipe on my website
Yeah I love a beef lasagna with no beef it tastes so beefy with my own home made beefless stock cubes and my non beefy quorn mince pieces.
Vegan here too. I rarely eat vegan shrimp. It's too realistic to me

I'm not vegan, but a large amout of what I eat daily is. I've never understood these ridiculous "vegan-something-that-isn't vegan"-products. It's a lesser thing than what it's trying to imitate and there's no need for it since there are a million things that are vegan and are really tasty. No need for shitty additive riddled subpar substitutes.
Something wrong with amount of the stock… 100ml means More boiling than stir frying..
