I don't know if its different in your country but from an American perspective, I would not recommend even the most innocent person in the world to go to court without a lawyer. There are plenty of sneaky tactics people can use against you and it is another reassurance for you to have one. Best of luck!

Can't believe how much we have in common! I've been on 80% keto diet for years. I have minimum starch at lunch because I train like a beast, but avoid bread and pastries (flour, wheat, maize). I also so intermittent fasting 11am to 6pm. Best health of my life.

I highly recommend you retain a lawyer if you go to trial. Doing so is not a sign of weakness or culpability, look at it as a safety net, they know the law and the process, they will present your case better than you would, and most importantly they’ll know how to question the other party and will advise you on what to say and not to say. Especially if the other party has a lawyer. Both parties will ask the judge a list of wants in case they win, make sure to include reimbursement of your lawyer fees in your ask. Good luck!

Dr Berg is the best 💙 i feel so much healthyer with keto. I unfortunately also get the flu, mine comes around day 5. But yeah, its just 1 day of annoyance and then i get better 😊 but yes, it is extremely hard to do

I absolutely agree with you that a keto diet is quite difficult to maintain. Do you think it’s a good choice for an everyday diet if you don’t need to lose weight? I watch Dr. Eric Berg and although I do consume carbs, I eat relatively healthy and I’m rarely sick. Sometimes he’s got me wanting to adapt a keto lifestyle but I’m not sure I have the willpower! I’m half Sicilian and not sure I could give up pasta lol. I admire your willpower! Love your haircut and your lip color today is so pretty!❤
Hello, in my opinion it is absolutely not necessary if you don’t want to loose weight. I think the best « diet » as in lifestyle is low carbs no sugar. I usually go on a keto diet when I want to be a bit strict and with myself/doing trough things in life as it helps a lot with stress and it keeps me focused. Some are on keto for years and love it, they would most definitely have an other opinion about it.
Keto is only hard in the beginning then it becomes really easy and you never have to count calories in my case I didn't and I lost 140 lbs on keto and I kept it off for over 10 years then I tried carbs again and it made me regain like 50 and now I'm losing it again but this time I'm doing keto carnivore which is amazing so healthy and anti-inflammatory for me

Je vais essayé d’aider comme je peux, pour suivre mon régime, j'utilise une application appelée Lifesum. Je l'ai configurée selon les paramètres du régime cétogène strict. Ce qui est difficile avec ce régime, c'est qu'il faut consommer beaucoup d'huile. Par exemple, une recette classique pour moi est un poulet aux noix de cajou et légumes, cuisiné avec de l'huile d'olive et du beurre. J'ai aussi tendance à grignoter du fromage, du jambon et de la charcuterie durant la journée. Je prévois de filmer ce que je mange pendant une journée pour mieux suivre mon régime, mais je ne sais pas quand ce serait c'est possible. Merci pour tes gentils compliments. ✨

I had a rare neuroendocrine tumor removed three years ago…it really attacked my body and ended up getting type 2 and I wasn’t big!! And I was rarely eating and rarely eating sugar! But that’s what this cancer does…
But now I do no processed very little sugar (one cheat day) I don’t do keto …but did in past and it works!!
But now I do extremely low carbs as my body was full of cortisol due to the cancer i had…And I feel sooo much better now!!
