    Finally! A guided practice where the instructor doesn’t try to do the voiceover while also doing the yoga. For ideal instruction, beginning with the breath reminder (inhale/exhale) is critical and then following up with the movement instruction. This is perfect! Thank you!

    10/10 would recommend. I haven’t done yoga since the college course I took as an elective. I decided to pick yoga back up. This guide is fantastic. A perfect balance of technical and laments terms during this session, I am learning the terms for the poses now, I don’t need to look up so much because when I got lost she used common sense instructions like “look up”. Really great. Thanks down dog 💕

    Slow down a little. By the time my body is in the right position you have moved on. There's no time to feel. Maybe it got better but I'm not waiting to find out

      The main idea behind the sun salutation is to do one Asana (position) per breathing part (exhale / inhale). You can’t do it slower, or you will have to breathe several time in one position. In this case, this is not the sun salutation anymore, but Hatha yoga (which is great also, but not the goal of this video)
