Yes. CMA's are equally equipped to prepare business proposal(project reports). Only due to ignorance bank used seek certificate from a CA. Now this practice is also going out of fashion.
But there aren't much practicing CMAs
In CMA training giving by institute are free of cost whereas CA training i.e IT and OT charges fee which is 7000 each ...

अगर CA कोर्स पूरा करने के बाद CMA/CS में कितने पेपर exemption होंगे और कितने पेपर देने पड़ सकते है? और inter/final के बाद कितने paper exemption होंगे. और articleship को किंतने समय में किया जा सकता है. औरCA/CS/CMA कौनसा भी एक पूरा करने के बाद कितने पेपर exemption होंगे. और fees में कितना exemption हो सकता है ?

As a person living in a gulf countries, this is wrong. CAs are more in demand even in gulf countries. You just gotta pass the IFRS examination held by ICAI.
According to me CA is best because need of CA is everywhere. But CMS is only to big companies..But we all have to respect all the professions..
I think FCA or CFA is more important than CA or CMA coz FCA or CFA teaches us the most important part of business and these are asset management, finance management and share market. FCA guidelines us how to increase value of asset .

You shouldn't compare degrees like this. Everyone is equal. After all, it's all about Experience and skills. If you are good, skilled personnel then you will earn in lakhs however if you have ego and know nothing except boasting about yourself then you might fool few people in the name of CA but can never become a successful Chartered Accountant
