Could you help me I got this mic a few year ago. Used to use it with trucking simulator and had it working. But I haven't used my pc for a around a year and now have window 10 but for some reason I can't get this mic working. Could you help please? Does the light at the back near the type c connection light up once it plug in?
I turn the tonor TC30 to the lowest volume and i'm still hearing my keyboard and my mouse and even my breath when I test the sound in a video recording.

@@aurangejuice5880 I mean you can try RTX Voice with it which is great AI noise canceling software that works with any mic. Look up videos on it, it's amazing at filtering out background noise.
Can i plug in a usbc to usbc cable rather than the one that came with that mic? Its cuz i got a macbook and the thing that gives extra ports didnt really help with my other mic So im just wondering if itll work if its used from a usbc to usbc cable

maybe you can insert the mic into the shock mount tightly, and insert the pop filter tightly
